I was so lazy to cooking and after i started watching ur videos i ended up interesting in cooking. Ur videos inspired me to try new recipies. So far I made mashmellow pudding, kisses, nasigorang, chinese and egg roles and butter scotch all are ur recipies. All of them came out well as u explained so well. Hope to try more. I just made this pudding recipe and turned out great. Also was my first time. A little too sweet for my taste. But I'll definitely make this again by cutting down some sugars. Very delicious though. Thanks for the recipe.

Dear Anoma, when using the smaller tin of condensed milk, do we only reduce the quantity of gelatine? Don't we have to reduce the sugar too. Your reply will be much appreciated. Thank you. For the custard, 3 egg yolks 1 large condensed milk 510g ( small tin 390g) 1 1/2 tin of water For the butterscotch, 75g butter 3/4 cups sugar 1/2 cup hot water 5 tsp gelatin (4 tsp for small tin) 1/2 cup water ( room temperature) 3 beated egg whites
