What kinda buttercream is used in dis video..and when putting the buttercream in freezer to deepen the color, do we need to cover the bowl or just open it

I used shortening condensed milk buttercream. You can put your buttercream in freezer once you have mixed the colouring you want. I suggest to cover the bowl to prevent buttercream from drying out.

I use hakiki oil based coloring.

@@narinpaperdiy thank you, i was search this turns out the price is very cheap than other food coloring like american color, chef master and my flavor but the quality is the same!
