It is silky smooth and tastes delicious. I show you how to mix the buttercream as well as minimize air bubbles and air pockets along with an option for creating really white buttercream if you're looking for that. Enjoy!

Recipe:
1 lb salted butter (can use unsalted and add salt to taste)
7 1/2 cups powdered sugar (use 10x if you can)
2 tsp vanilla (can use clear if want even whiter icing)
4 tbsp milk (or heavy cream)
-beat butter for 5 minutes on medium-low
-sift in powdered sugar 2 cups at a time, mixing on low, and alternating in liquid ingredients
-beat for 5 minutes on low
-stir frosting by hand to knock out air pockets
