Anyone who might be scared to do this. I'm an over weight dude, and this legit took me 20 min to get it pretty good 👌. Don't be scared to give it a try.
Thank you for the tutorial. I'm a gymnastics/tumble coach. Use to be a cheerleader & I must say a darn good power tumbler. I'm almost 40 & can still do some tumbling. I know I could do more like I did in high school, just gotta practice & build muscle strength back up. My brother was into marital arts (Kung Fu) & was trained by one of his friends. They both always wanted me to do it. Lol even his trainer said, "if you can get your sister to let me train her, I will do it for FREE." LOL Wish I would of done it. Even though I didn't do it, my brother still showed me some skills. I actually have had to use them a few times in fight or flight situations. In that moment it's like my mind, muscles & cells in my body stored all that info like a computer & when I was in that fight or flight situation (self defense mode), ACTIVATE lol & it worked & kept me from being physically harmed. Anyway, my friend I work with & I were trying to find a way she could spot me (we do spot tumbling/gymnastics skills) lol & it just ended up being an Ariel. IS THERE A WAY TO SPOT THIS SKILL? OR is it more just self teaching & practicing step by step?
Nice trick but i never really understood how it is a kick exactly ... There is no spotting to the target along the trick , And also the movement of the legs don't look like a kicking movement at all .. If someone can explain to me why is it called a kick I'd love to hear that :)
