I come from a mma background so I am super use to spinning side ways but I am really not use to is doing back flips or front flips that’s why I learnt my b-twist before my backflip
Every time i commit to it, I always slam my knee in the ground. I alway land in superhero landing. Don't know how to land better. If i do it off something with a little high I can land it. But my b-kivk and b-twist isnt low. They have good height, just can't wrap my head aroumd the landing
It embarrasses me to practice this move in public, because there I am doing bad butterfly kicks and spining like a ballerina on the grass TT_TT .... so I do some of my best tricks from time to time, just to show off a bit XD

Just 2 days ..i think i need kick more for gaining height m.i gone half horizontal most of the time and when i go higher then i forget to spot the ground with a twist
@Ana Martinez idk how to explain it. But the arm motion is a letter U underhand with your arms. It also hurts if done incorrectly. It can possibly pull a muscle or fracture a rib if you landed on your side.
it's actually really funny because yesterday I was working on B twist and different B kick variations. I've always sucked at B twist, I have a solid B Kick but B twist has always troubled me. the only time I used to have a b twist was a while back when I really wanted it and to be honest now that I think about it it was mainly like a combination of an A twist and a B twist. These tips really helped and I'm going to try it out this weekend if I can.
I learned the btwist on accident, first time i basically tried I already had a good twist and landing, it's also was one of the very first tricks i learned
The a twist method totally works, every time I tried a b twist I would land on my knees, I couldn't commit to putting my left leg down. But when I learned the a twist the fear of commiting to putting my leg down just went away. Thanks Kyle
Thanks man. Watching your videos gives me a lot of insight into the techniques. I have improved a lot, like in 1 and half month i learned Arial BTwist front flip and back. Now working on it to make it more professional

Aight b-twist in the bag now working on quad back extension twist. You have to learn to twist all the backs around completely before you learn to dip down low enough for the lift off and spinning around in 4 different directions. It will be hard but I feel this will make me a youtube sensation when it is ready.

I was doing it and was about to land, just had to not put my hands down, and then i got covid so I didn't do the move for a few days and I totally forgot how to do the move

Appreciate it man. I have forgot my b twist technique for a while and I was doing it the crappy way + landing with both legs. But after watching this vid - again- I found out that I wasn't twisting my chest to my side enough and wasn't looking for the ground from over my shoulder. This fixed my over rotating problem and made the b twist much more controllable for me. The way you break up the technique and make it clear is what I like most. Thanks
