all of the animations look so goofy when slowed down and even the new valorant balisong animation looks very goofy and kinda unrealistic but the apex legends one is probably the most realistic. Because the hand movements are natural and the balisong goes where it has to go (and ignoring the double sided blade)

fyi: octane's flipping was made from a real flipping reference video and hence it looks realistic
