This Crab Imperial recipe is a delicious, easy seafood dish and one of my all-time favorite recipes worthy of special occasions. Serve it in a large bowl or individual ramekins as a side or main entrée. Don’t forget baguette slices to mop up any leftovers on the plate!

CRAB IMPERIAL INGREDIENTS:
o 2 tablespoons shallots , minced
o 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
o 1 tablespoon flat parsley , minced
o 2 tablespoons lemon juice
o 1 teaspoon lemon zest
o 1 garlic clove , grated
o 1/2 cup mayonnaise
o 2 pounds lump blue crab meat , or blend of jumbo lump crab meat
o 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons bread crumbs , divided
o 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt or kosher salt
o 1/2 cup beurre blanc sauce , optional

Are your measurements true that tablespoon of parsley looked more then a tablespoon

Hi! They are- they just get fluffed up in the bowl. BUT, parsley can also be increased or decreased based on personal preference.

Recipe looks really good but a tip for you - you're not using your lemon squeezer correctly. Put the lemon/lime/citrus in the opposite way, cut side down -then the juice will come out through the holes & you won't have to turn it all around like you did. Plus you'll get much more juice yield!

It amazes me the cooks on RU-vid don't know how to use a microplainer. The plainer goes on top of the fruit not the bottom see what you're doing if you put it on the bottom you can't see what you're doing
