Mario, I really love your videos, you are amazing and putting so much info and work into your videos. I love all the subjects you choose! The only thing that will make it super perfect if you could add subtitles. Your English is amazing but your accent makes it hard for me to understand and sometimes I really struggle... You are the best!
Please 🙏 if you can buy an external microphone: it can enhance your videos and make them look really professional. there is often a lot of echo in the audio. believe me: many people switch videos just for the audio quality!
If you want to buy a house or apartment in Denmark being patient pays off. If you do not need a new place immediately just watch the market and wait until you find a good place for you to live at a low price. I now live in my own house. But I was looking at the market at least once per week for about 6 years before I found the perfect place for me to live, and 8 years later I do not regret my purchase. I got my place at a really good price because I played my cards right once I found it. The price was low, but the usual "tilstandsrapport" also told of major issues with the building. When I did the inspection before purchasing I hired a competent building inspector to go through the property with me. He told me that none of the major issues were actually major, and found a few issues with the building I would not have been able to see myself. After the inspection I told the sales agent of the issues my inspector found and the major issues mentioned in the report. I demanded a large discount because of this, despite the price already being quite low. I also suspected the seller wanted to sell really fast, so I offered to take over the place as soon as possible. Next day I got the answer all negotiators want to hear: We have a deal. Waiting for six years may seem a long time. But I was living fine at my past home. And I got my new home at a really good price. My savings on the price is about what I make after taxes per year, so not insignificant.
