You have an iPhone, use the Focus Modes feature, it's really helpful and honestly one of the things that's tempting me to switch from Android. Great video, I might pick up a kitchen timer too.

There are timers videos on youtube that I use a lot. But the idea of keeping the phone away from the bed is great!
