Yes, you guys are correct. Our 4 bedroom home in Portmore sold quickly, and we had a hard time securing a new home in a desirable area also in Portmore. Although we had more than 60% of the price of the desired home, we had a difficult time in getting what we wanted. We ended up in St Ann... no regrets! P.S. I have a Purr water filter on my kitchen faucet, and I boil my filtered for drinking!

Great info guys. In the process of buying a property and the strata seem to be an issue, so we r trying to iron through the details. If it doesn’t add up, we may have to forego the process. All in all, we’re happy to be doing the homework b4 landing into any issues. 🇨🇦🇯🇲

i bought mine through an instiution and it didnt take long. NCB is really good because they dont require certain documents like other banks.

When I called Gore,they indicated that phase 3 is primarily reserved for applicants who were not successful in Phase 1 & 2.

How about st E to build. I like that side close to Black River Hospital Not alot of new developments areas but some new highways going the there for better access all around and hopefully that will bring more life jobs and opportunities
