i did an assessment there. i have the plan on what needs to be done. yet nobody wants to listen or help fund the beach rehabilitation project. all my work would have been free. the funding was to acquire the equipment and to maintain the project. but that is typical Jamaicans always want to use and not give back or at least maintain. maybe that is why nature is taking back the beach. if the right people should come along im ready to start.
Those do not look like typical Jamaican homes or community and is certainly not worth that. It doesn't look good. I don't know what those developers were trying. It didn't work.
Green Village in Spanish Town does the underground utilities, making the community look so clean and modern, with its uncluttered streets and enhanced aesthetic appeal.
Love the first place you guys visited !! Never knew we had places like that in Jamaica - so much different from the second place with the old time things - Jamaica people do have nice things to ! Keep on a bring them old time ugly tings fi sell people !!
They should have put the utilities wires under ground. And right now the whole Jamaica should be doing this to avoid future problems with hurricanes and storms

First congratulations on becoming Estate agents. Hopefully it will be successful. Don’t like this Port Ridge estate 👎🏽 It looks like a prison from an Ariel viewpoint and from the ground up they look like ship containers . Pity we didn’t get to see the inside .
This was a look at the surroundings. A tour of the unit will be provided when available. This is a follow up video where all info was stated. It’s St. Catherine, Bless
