Is there a sheet that has these rules on settlement statement specifics that we can get for our lenders/clients?

There’s Plumbers, electricians, lawyers, all entrepreneurs don’t have caps they make their own fees. Sounds like we as realtors are being micromanaged. 😮

Why is it going forward toward clients and sellers everything is negotiable. But when it comes to Realtors we can’t do this , and we can’t do that. And everything is CAP for realtors . Why can’t everything be negotiable towards clients , sellers, realtors ? It’s like we have no back bone!
