In this episode of Dope or Nope, Matt and Bryan are looking at products that parents typically say "Nope" to for their kids. Did you have any of these toys as a child?
Bro the absolute nostalgia HIT I got from seeing Bryan in the hot seat and matt in the main seat freaking hit me cause I remember watching the original Matthias channel before it became dope or nope and also I remember when it used to just be matt and Bryan in matts home instead of the hi5 studio or better know as the spellbound studio, keep up the great work to you Matthias and Bryan on both of your respect channels, big love from a long time viewer.
"we don't ask woods questions like that, we just give him access to spellbound money accounts" Made me laugh so hard. I wish my Job gave me access to their money accounts
"Woods, for some reason, had already bought a laser. Why? We don't ask Woods questions like that." And great to see Bryan back! He brings such a great energy.
I gotta admit. I’m 45 and used to get yelled at all the time about lasers burning your eye out. I received a cat toy last month that has a laser in it. The first though that came to my mind was watch your eyes. 😂
So good to see Bryan! The genuine fear on Matt's face when that Furby started up is pretty much why I never even wanted one as a child, they are just too creepy 🤣🤣🤣
Ahhh, seeing Bryan back in the hotseat brought back all the nostalgia feels! Such a fun episode. Can the laser pointer be a permanent addition to the DPNP set? We've had MegaDope products before, if there's ever a MegaNope one, can you burn it with the laser pointer? Or always destroy it in some way? Watching Matt destroy/stomp on the nopes is legit so hilarious.
I can confirm those do indeed look like real pokemon cards. It seems like lightning box just bought a bunch of rare cards and then resold them under their brand
When they do this it's always just a stack of valueless junk cards. Probably not a bad idea for filling out a kids collection but they paid way more then that stack is worth.. Better to literally buy bulk cards from card shops. You'll get the same stuff.
I remember watching this channel when I was in middle school instead of paying attention to my online classes 💀 man the pandemic was a boring time but this channel made it funner
Me and my siblings had the crayon maker/melter growing up. We went through a lot of crayons between the lot of us, so it was great to gather all the broken ones (there were a lot!) and bring life back to them, it always worked well for us and we would make our own shapes and mix our own colors
@@englishatheartyou shouldn’t be allowed to comment on people’s language skills. I’ve seen your comment on art on a thread banger video embarrassing all you do is judge hope you’re okay though
I bought the "crayon maker" for a friend who is a kindergarden teacher and she loves it. It saves her so much money on supplies and she even gets the kids involved. She has little baskets that are the primary main colors for crayons. The kids put the little broken crayons in the most matching color category. Then every 2 weeks she melts them down to make "Classroom designed" crayons. The kids have so much fun and she's not wasting the little pieces that would normally go in the trash.
When I was young my friend had a Furby. At some point, I don't know why, but he lit it on fire. The thing looked demonic. Melted plastic, burnt fur and exposed mechanics underneath... and it still freaking worked. It was even more horrifying than I could have ever imagined. I also strangely enough went to the school that the creator of the Furby graduated from. He visited to speak to the students multiple times. Sometimes I wonder if he's proud of what he has unleashed upon the world...
Matt, I know you’re being stylish with that shirt, but it genuinely reminds me of those Velcro suits people wear to jump and stick themselves to the wall. I cannot unsee it.
Bryan being in the hot seat actually make me smile so hard. Big nostalgia. Yall are my favorite channel and have been since the show was in Matt's office/living room
This is a friendly request for Dope or Nope to bring back a table setting with multiple people. I miss woods and I liked the dynamic Matt gave when he was giving smart insight on all the products. These types of videos are great sometimes for a fun throwback but I think the back and forth between a group around the table is more entertaining and funny. I'll keep watching regardless but that's just my opinion. Keep up the great work!
The funny thing is that my sister and I had Pokémon cards, but never learned how to play the actual card game itself. I think we just liked the Pokémon themselves since a lot of them are cute. After a few years or something after my sister lost interest and gave me her cards I needed up giving my friends younger brother the cards. In Sophomore year of College I joined the card club and got more cards and finally learned how to play the card game.
i swear i feel like ive single handedly watched thousands of hours worth of dope or nope the past year of rewatching cuz man u guys are fun to watch and never get old
Explanation for pewdiepie next to a furby, his wife marzia enjoys making cursed furbys by combining multiple toys. The one in the picture had barbie arms and legs
I know Tanner has moved on since he wifed up his bae... but I really miss the old format. I miss woods and the couch and al of it. I still watch bc y'all are funny and entertaining, but I truly miss the old set up, and woods.
This has been one of the more hilarious videos I have seen in a minute. You can tell you guys were having a lot of fun with this one. 😂 Furby Soccar and that Laser pointer. The dog poop game. Too funny.
Matthias, to answer your question at the end: As of the latest games Scarlet and Violet, yes, there are three different bicycle-shaped Pokemon now! There's also a mob boss fish, a salsa dancing duck, a sentient pile of gold coins, and one that is literally just a samurai.
While in HS I bought 5 of the largest track sets made by Aurora AFX brand. Was an after Christmas sale in 81 at a Sears outlet store and they had these left over and marked them down 80%. Spent just over 80 bucks for all. Set it up 4 lanes wide, spread over 2 sheets of plywood in an L shape. Was 4 layers high in some places. We had neighborhood race days with up to 20-30 folks competing. Spent a bunch of time designing and redesigning track layouts
this version of Dope or Nope is far more superior than the last several years!!! examples... from 2020 onwards till Tanner left. this is so mych better keep this up & youll get more viewers & likes.
Great episode! I was actually thinking the other day that it would be amazing to have some of the old hot seat peeps make an appearance so to see Bryan is fab! I'd love to see more guest appearances from the likes of Michael, Tanner, Connor and Bryan again.
My heart broke as they were beating up that Furby. I never had one, but it just reminds me of Gizmo from Gremlins, it just made me want to protect it not hurt it.
They actually did the gelli baff in a previous video. It was many years ago though, so it was funny to see them review it again when they have changed so much.
