Bought a 2013 Bobcat T590 with 5310hrs. It needs some work. We install new sprockets, a hydraulic hose holder, and a new door seal.

Hell yeah those are nice machine I have never ran one with a enclosed cab and ac. But as I'm getting older I like stuff that makes life easier and enjoyable. Keep up the good work.

Just a suggestion for getting the track loader up higher. Use blocks of wood and the attachment. Put the blocks in the ass end and when you curl the bucket facing down and push the blade down it'll lift the front and back of the machine at the same time. Gets a lot of free room to get the track on the rear roller. Also easy way to compress the front idler/tensioner is some 2-3 inch pipe cut about 8 inches long. You put a pipe in the track cleat move it forward onto the front idler, rinse and repeat 3 times. Compresses the tensioner And gets the cleats out of the idler groove. Hope the info helps. From a equipment mechanic by day and a subaru e thusiast by night 🤙

Those attachments are actually made by mid state attachments, u were correct on denton nc, live 2. Min from there shop. Never had issues with em

Buy a beat up skid steer and you immediately spend all your time as a skid steer mechanic, been there done that LOL.

I work at a bobcat dealer and have never seen a sprocket that bad that is insanity, also none of the bobcats run def systems except the 770's and 870's and the new 86's (r series). Changing the fluid completely like you were talking about is kind of a hassle having to prime everything gets annoying, honestly if your fluid looks decent and isnt milky and super dirty I would leave it and just do filters. Also there is a large cab filter behind the seat at the bottom, this is the recirculating filter and often is overlooked because tis hidden but I recommend replacing this one like I said they always get overlooked, you could probably just clean it out its a fairly thick foam as in its not super fine mesh. as for your door latch it looks like its already all the way forward but you can move that pin forward or back if your door isnt latching all the way but its obviously been through the ringer

That Dewalt 20V grease gun will be your new best friend. You may want to check out the lock n lube fitting for the end. Makes it go on and off the zerk so much better. Only down side is it makes it a little bit bigger so it cant fit into as tight of spaces.

Those final drives are serviceable! Pull those bolts that are At 12 o’clock and 6 o’clock. Then google right amount of gear oil. Important!!!

I had to drill and extract the fill and drain plugs. Dirt and mud that had gotten inside the sprocket must’ve eroded the head of the plugs.

for the tracks. You really should tighten up the tracks. Don't need to brake a tooth on the sprocket. Hit me up i get you the company info on the tracks. No i don't work for them. PRO TIP. Use a Come-a-long to retract the tracks. Hook one end on front by the front roller. And the other side to the tie down on the back Of the skidloader. Put a jack under the track to help with removing and putting it back on.
