These homes are very small. In America we call these track homes because they all look the same. I want something bigger with an America like kitchen and America like bathrooms with bath tub also I would need the bedrooms to be bigger with built in closets no wardrobe

Where do you stay in America. Apart from the mansions owned by the celebrities, most of the houses and apartments do not have much space. Modern African houses and apartments are much bigger.

TAF is doing a great job in africa. They have one of the biggest and most luxurious estates in Port Harcourt Nigeria. Phase 1 and 2 of the project sold out very quickly.

I've never understood the reluctance by some to state pricing on advertised homes....either it's in your price range or not.....Typically this is done that the realtor can do a sales pitch

The bathroom/washroom are in separate area? Both look small not handicapped assistance? Also I like really large room. What is the cost of power ,gas and water? Sewer systems or tank for waste. Are the bars removable in case of fire. Any property taxes? Schools up to what level, shops nearby, built up roads and parking? I’m just about ready but need these answers whom do I contact?

Ensuite bathrooms are encouraged nowadays. A 4 bedroom house should have at least 3.5 full bathrooms.

I doubt they are removable , looked fixed , mostly you will have three exit that can take you to outside of the house !

Only design I need is 4 bedrooms lol. Architecture is not high on my list. Can this place house my family , keep cold air in and critters out are my major concerns. And that 4 bedroom meets all those requirements. But I have seen alot of modern designs in my research online. I'm sure they have more modern looking houses to suit your need.

@@RootedInRoyalty THEY ARE. MY FRIEND'S DAD HAS A HOUSE THERE & ATLANTA. HIS HOUSE IN GAMBIA WOULD BE $1.2 MILL IN ATLANTA BUT HE PAID A LITTLE OVER $220,000.00. THE PRICE POINT THEY'RE ASKING FOR THOSE HOMES ARE SIMILAR TO WHAT THEY WOULD BE IN ALOT OF THE STATES IN THE SOUTHERN PART OF THE U.S.

I have questions about buying and owning land in Africa. In some countries there you cannot buy or own land and in Tanzania you cannot obtain permanent residency there and have to leave the country every 90 days. And again in some other countries you cannot own the house but only lease for like 50 years or something. Could you tell me more about buying a house. I would like to relocate my family to Africa and find a place to call our home. If I invest 100k into a house we gone die there 🤣, meaning I dont plan on moving anymore. So if you can give me more info on owning a home in your beautiful country of Gambia
