I see so much potential when I look at the continent of Africa as a whole. The houses are very nice and I really like the African architecture. Please pardon some of the American comments on here, fore we tend to forget that Africa is AFRICA and not a new version of America. “Where’s all the trees, grass,sidewalks,shrubs,and streetlights” is what you will hear from us spoiled rotten Americans almost every time. America is very green in most places which is why you’ll hear concerns like that, so please don’t take offense,sister. It’s all love ❤️. Most of us African Americans envision ourselves coming to help build up the motherland so we all can witness her full beauty and potential as she thrives at the TOP and that’s our goal as African Americans. WE WANT TO IMPROVE AND ENHANCE EVERY ASPECT AND CONDITION that the motherland suffers from at this time because we want to make her #1 and we will do so, slowly but surely.

These houses are so beautiful omg, when I’m ready to retire (still young so I have a long way to go) I’m going back home to Somalia and definitely want a house like this built back home. America is not a place I want to stay forever and retire and own a home

Isatu, the wait for part 2 was worth it. Those structures are truly beautiful from the inside and outside, with relaxing views in the morning and night time just cooling put in the balcony. Thanks for bringing these to our attention.

The icing on the cake would be wooden floors. They would be close to perfect, I like an open floor plan. But this is better than I imagined.

The prices are so low. Very affordable. I’m not sure I would live so close to other houses though. I’d like some land to grow food.

I absolutely love this house thank you very much properties like this is what brought me to Art Cathy's channel and I appreciate having a different outlet for beautiful houses as I don't agree with most of the things Art Cathy has to say about the Gambia. I will be moving to Gambia within the next month or so and when I get there hopefully I can lock in that first property you showed in this video.

Something I noticed with a lot of these properties, there are no storage where am I going to put my clothing. Plus can these developers pave the roads in the subdivision and leading to it.
