I have access to houses with no impact to your credit. Some need to repair some don't. I have the ability in only Indiana and Florida at the moment and I assist with land buying.
I live in VA and purchased my home in 2020. We were fortunate to find and be approved for a USDA property. We did not qualify for first time home buyers programs in our area because we exceeded the income limits. I was not comfortable with FHA guidelines so we waited until the right opportunity. Thankfully we were only required to cover some small costs; earnest money deposit of $1000, 2 inspections I think they were $100. Otherwise we were not required to furnish any other funds and received a check for $1200 at closing because our seller paid excess closing costs. It is possible!! I hope you all are encouraged and most of all… if it doesn’t feel right DONT SETTLE!!
I don't know how I found you. This video popped up today. I'm tired and frustrated over this process, but am willing to look further into your program. Thank you for posting. I needed to hear/ see this.
I'm a school bus driver and in prior years I got really sick and couldn't work resulting in not being able to pay car notes and credit cards. As much as it embarrassed me, I had to let everything go. Repossessions and delinquent credit cards. My 700+ score plummeted. All the way to a 460. Then I had surgery, healed and got better. Now I work and am underpaid so I had to make arrangements for minimal payments on judgements. I'm trying so hard but it seems nothing is going anywhere and it's been 4 years. I never have extra to pay but I'm trying. Score is up to a 540 but I still owe so much. I'm inspired to keep striving but it's hard not to get discouraged. 😕 Thank you for helping to keep my dream alive, even if it takes forever...
Thanks for all you do to help others achieve their financial goals. Knowledge is power when one uses it. Thank you for encouraging everyone to get busy fixing what's wrong and for presenting solutions on how to fix the problem.
My whole life I was always told you have to have credit in order to get a house. I was told even bad credit was better than no credit at all especially when it came to owning a house
There's absolutely no information in this video about how to get approved for a mortgage. Mortgages are bank driven and I'm curious to see the bank giving no down payment loans to people with no credit. If she's offering information to help people get prepared so they can get approved, the Urban Leagues and other non-profit groups in every city offer programs free of charge that provide the info and a plan to get on track.
@@Lena-Holley yes, it looks like they have a program in certain cities for zero down. I just hope people aren't paying someone money to access this free information.
My family and I truly need help..... the home we are renting I believe has asbestos in it. Home was built in 75 and it's got the original popcorn ceilings that are cracking and falling apart. Now my husband has been so so sick with upper respiratory for the past 5 months. I don't know who to turn to because our landlord will not fix anything at all..... and we don't have the money to pay for the testing as we are living on husbands social security only. Where or who can I turn to for help..... husband is 68 years old and I'm disabled....in austin tx
We have tried for 4 years even when my credit score was well over 700, I got a fast no. Then covid hit.....and it caused my busniess to come to a screeching hault......now my credit score is bad, and now lost all hope😢
Thank you so much for this information I was wondering what companies are out there that doesn't rely on the contingency of my credit score? or anyone for that matter to buy a home?
I used a credit repair company my mortgage company referred me to that got my credit scores from 490 to 727 in 60 days and that's how I got approved for my mortgage.
Good Morning Lynn. This is so encouraging. I wonder if I can be in both the Home Buyers Club & Entrepreneurs Club at the same time? Are both free? The reason I ask those questions is because I am on disability & living in a section 8 duplex but I just completed my Director's Credential to become a family home daycare. But my landlord said when I moved in that I can't run a business out of the duplex. So I really want my own home so I can run my daycare out of it. Also I need to setup my daycare with liscense & other things. I'm not sure where to start.
I need to know more. They told me that I need to put down 20% and we still have to pay closing cost. Keep in mind that’s with good credit score and great income. See FHA only back you up for a house 450k and under.
Depends on which loan , the bank or mortgage company what's to see if you have assets, at least $20k in checking and savings. Sometimes the seller would cover the closing or not then it's on you period.
Lynn, thank you for this video. Some years ago , you were the first financial expert that I atched and subscribed to on RU-vid. RU-vid's algorithms rarely populate your uploads for quite some time now. I'd just watched a powerful Sarah Jake's video...somehow, your video appeared. So glad thatvit did. This is amazing info. No one, and I mean no one has shared this regarding home ownership. May God continously bless 🙌🏾 you, your family & your business. Now, I am headed over to your website 🎉🎊❤️❗️
I've been trying for 18 years to buy a house..So many obstacles and broken hearted that has prevented from getting my home. I've been denied because of my credit scores and income 😪
It's some truth to this, bc when I built my first home at 25yrs of age 2006 we had to only put down $500 for our lot, the builders had 3percent towards our closing cost, which meant at closing we got back half of that $500. Fast forward to know I'm divorce at 42yrs of age, I just brought my second home and it cost me $10,000 total closing this time around. I've been a career 700 plus credit score member. I had history with a home , long employment ect. I still had to fork over ten racks , I'm still mad 😡 over it but it beats renting.
I had the same experience. They wanted me to come up with 10 thousand dollars for closing costs. I have it I just refused to do it😒 My first home was such a different experience 🤷
Can you help me im physically disabled with a disability income and i been trying to figure a way out for years. Please let me know what im missing ...!
I HAVE A FRIEND WHO IS DOING A PROGRAM IN OUR CITY OF CHARLOTTE NC. THRU A BANK AND A CITY PROGRAM. Try FHA,USDA AND CALL YOUR LOCAL COMMUNITY HOUSING PROGRAM . I WAS IN REAL ESTATE AND MORTGAGES.
What FICO score model do lenders look at? For example do they go by FICO Score 2,4,5, or 8? I've heard they do not use FICO Score model 8 which is typically higher than the other FICO Score models.
Use to be a Mortgage loan officer for many years and in Real estate. Look at different programs it will cost you nothing. FHA minimum-580, USDA-640-CONVENTIONAL LOAN-620- VA 580-620. Know your score and and payment history, late payments if any . Some require no money down but some do. Were you ever in the military if so do the va loan. nothing down. Find out what you qualify for as well and debts if any .
CAN YOU ADVISE ME MY FATHER HAD PASSED AWAY 2019 AND THERE ARE SHARKS TRYING TO BUY IT I WAS OFFERED 200,00 BECAUSE OF DEBT ON HOUSE IT WOULD END UP TO 100,000 WHICH WILL SPLIT UP BETWEEN MY BROTHERS. IS THIS WISE TO DO SO?
Hi Lynn I came across ur video, watched and was interested. I’m 34 yrs single mom and things like this I want to believe that I can be a house owner 1 day. Can you help me, what do I need to do to own my own home.
You can get approved but you won't find anything you can afford especially after the closing and the monthly payment changes due to escorw...the home is already paid for you just don't realize what you have actually signed .
Hi my name is Gia and I seriously need your help. I have been struggling to find the right help to purchase a home for my family. Can you please help me I will pay for whatever service you render because I am tired
I need help in a way I just express here. I'm desperately looking to get into a forever home because of my families situation and two of my children have life long illnesses and because of this we haven't been able to live in one place for a long time simply because of this. I don't know where to begin but I am open to being your student and learning how to achieve this goal. Also under consumer law, are you able to take the deed to your home like you can with a vehicle under the resending law.
I don't now. What bank have no money down ,no credit check.because I tried bay home for 7 yers and the bank never gime too me aprut lete bank for bay home.because Ihave 2 collection in my credit report I dont cualifae for late bank.7 years a tried bay home.

i would love to own my own home been wanting one for 30 years i have grandkids i am in an apartment my score is 678 i am disabled i would like to know how if you can help me please i am in jackson tn
You have a great score i was in Lending . Since you are disabled check you local area for home owner programs for disabled people. The score for buying is 580-or more depending the program. USDA,FHA,CONVENTIONAL,VA. I have a friend who is doing a program in our city of Charlotte ,NC. It is thru a bank to help her. She is building a home this year after paying off some debts and raising her credit score.
My wife and I both have bad credit scores and no savings with two kids. We are tired of moving to house to house. Multiple times, we tried to get approved and multiple times been heartbroken in getting approved to own our own house. My kids are 2 and 4 and me and my wife and I are 42 already. I don't know or if ever we can still get our own house.
Many homes are overpriced. I suggest determining what you can comfortably afford first. Then, just make an offer. If they don't accept move on and keep looking. Negotiate but never pay over what you can comfortably afford.
Better do what I did then when I was. Move to Texas and enjoy your success. Idk why y'all still up there,I've accomplished more here in 10 years than I did up there in 25.
Hello Lynn, I am a 40 married woman. And 2023 is the year that I will be a home owner. I claim and receive it in the mighty name of Jesus...Amen I pray with you help I will become that first time home owner. I am ready to put in the work to get there. Please help?
Bankruptcy means you'll need to start building credit again to improve your score and more importantly prove that you're trust worthy and not a risk. To my understanding, even if you do everything right it will take a minimum 24 months after bankruptcy to get mortgage approval.
Try getting a credit card from Capitol One or a secured credit card just to start rebuilding. It may take a while. I've been there, I know you can do it!
