Your house is amazing! I'm curious why you went with the master bedroom on the main floor though? As someone in real estate and home renovation, I've seen a lot of houses and I'm sure you have too - so I'm wondering what the thought process behind this was. I know a lot of people who build their homes make sure that the laundry is on the same floor as the bedrooms, so personally, I would think it would make more sense to have the guest bedroom next to your kitchen so that your room and the kids rooms are all on the same floor (aka where 99% of the laundry will be)
