What is your opinion of toll brothers? They're building all over the treasure valley and we like their neighborhoods but are unsure of their build quality.
I like them as a builder here in the Treasure Valley. I've had multiple clients purchase a Toll Brothers home and love them. We do an inspection along with a framing inspection and have never found anything serious. For the price, the finishes, and the community feel / amenities, they are one of my favorites here. There's no need to worry about build quality with them, either!
