definitely go for the house, although it would be nice to have a R8 just would be nice to have your own space especially if you live in a apartment n who know maybe possible get another car when the time is right just my opinion I know others may say go for the R8 but do what you think is best!!

If you get the Audi first, how quickly would you then be able to get the house afterwards and vice versa? Compare each scenario. Try to avoid creating too big of a gap between your rewards. Look at it that way, I'd say.

I mean looking at this in a financial aspect, I would go the house route mainly because you can keep all your assets in one place and be in easy reach of them. and WAY more freedom. Honestly you’re in a better situation than most. Out of 8 of my friends that are around their early 20’s only 1 is gonna be able to afford a house within the next couple years. Go the house route, you’ll ultimately have so such more freedom and wealth in the long run

Definitely the R8, because this year is the last year of the R8 that will stop being produced, and also the last car with v10 engine Therefore, its value will increase , and you can sell it at a great benefit, and it will be a great addition to the channel in terms of views, so you will pay for it in terms of views
The house for sure, you can make more content with it and reach other audience with indirectly boost your income. Just take note on the fact the house will come with some expenses and maintance as well
The house seems like the better investment to be honest. The R8 can wait a bit since you already have 2 fire cars with the supra potentially getting added if you get the house. The house is definitely the better investment, the R8 is the hardcore youtube investment.

As much as I love cars, take it from an older dude in his 30s. Get the house brother, your 30 year old self will thank you. I'm in my 30s now and I'm kicking my self for not doing it and spending on cars/materials in my 20s
If I where you I would sell the Camry and use that to save for R8 and buy the house. You already have 2 beasts and you have can have a workshop to work on your cars without renting so but the house and the R8 later
