After dealing with AXS for 5 days, my new rule for going to shows is, if I need a mobil phone app to show my tickets to get in, I'm not going. AXS was crap to deal with.
how come sites like vivid seats and seat geek have the same exact seats available to purchase? if i buy the tickets off of seat geek does that mean there's a possibility someone can have the same seats as me they purchased from another ticket site? pls help!
Just to be clear, all Primary Seller Tickets are the ORIGINAL tickets such as Ticket Master, Live Nation, etc. But websites like Stub Hub or Seat Geek are all resells correct?
I'm going to see Harry Styles in July and I used SeatGeek and I'm sitting in pit but I'm just nervous and scared I'll show up to the venue and they will say it's fake or something like that

Are AXS resale tickets legit ? The resell tickets are cheaper than the original one and it said resale tax is free. Seem like a too good too be true deal 😫. The concert I’m looking at is Eric Nam mar10 one

Most times it's a digital ticket. Yes it is okay to have tickets on your phone. Just make sure you buy the tickets from the primary seller of the venue. You can call them to ask if you don't know it.

i have a question about megadeth tickets, so if i go on ticket master it gives me the option for the pit. when i click on it it also shows me “pit- megadeth meet and greet experience” so if i get that i will be getting and entrance to the pit and a chance to meet them right ?

Is axs premium a scam? There is a concert I’d like to go to that pit is 199 and that’s the cheapest anyway but it sounds like it might be scalpers/scammers selling premium tickets. Do you have any information or recommendations on this? :)

The tickets on seatgeek are people who bought tickets from the venue/Ticketmaster and are re-selling them for a profit. Seatgeek is a big company so if you have problems they usually take care of you.
I want tickets for the Columbus $uicideboy$ concert oct 13 and ticket master has them for 80 dollars but axs has them for 49 and I’m wondering if it’s safe to trust ax’s for this concert
Hey man I know you made this a while back but I bought tickets off of box office ticket sales thinking I was buying from the actual venue when I received my receipt it said I wouldn’t receive my tickets until 48 hrs before the fight I’ve talked to them a couple of times and they assured me I would get them but I read there reviews and there not good I’m very nervous about getting scammed man

What do you mean by the primary seller? I tried to buy from ticketmaster for a concert bc that's the link the artist posted but it sent me to a different site which now only has resales. But if I were to buy tickets from seatgeek would that not be considered primary? would that be someone else selling me their tickets? or how do I check.. thank you for your help!

i used the axs mobile app for a concert i went to a month ago, and it was even better bc my tickets were mobily there ! & they sent an email of your tickets if you want to print them :)!
All resale websites are only as reliable as the person who is selling the tickets. But Seatgeek should help you if anything goes wrong. Just try to get the ticket transferred to you if possible.
I got tickets to a game in the staples center on game time and it gave a ticket transfer to ticket master I called the venue and they said the primary is ax’s should I be able to get in still?
@@alondra7356 The company is legit, but the thing is that regular people sale tickets through companies. So issues can occur through legit companies. The companies usually try to straighten out bad situations though.
Hey I bought some presale tickets through ticket center which they told me to use the AXS app as the source of the ticket is that correct? Lowkey feel like I got played lol.
@@jackievasquez8043 no not yet the concert isn’t till March 12. I would follow the link from ticket center and it just says tickets can arrives as latest as the day of the concert. But it confuses me cause they say the ticket will be digital but why does it says seller will send it to my address. I guess I’ll find out the day of the show 😥
Just bought nfl tickets for December. I found a season holder on offer up, he told me to download seatgeek app and make a account. I made payment thru venmo, he immediately sent me the tickets and I recieved email to accept the tickets which I did. I just wanted to know if it's legit or should I be worried for any other thing.!! He said the hard copys are voided which it did say that when he transfer the tickets to me, he took a screen shot and sent it to my phone. Just trying to cover all my bases as the event is out of state and I don't want to worry
@@Kevin-qw7is ......I was thinking the same thing, because I noticed seat geek scan code does not change on the tickets everytime you open the app. So it's possible someone can be shady and do that, but if it's a season holder, then it wouldn't look good for them or business on seat geek. But seat geek should update the scan bar just like axs does to prevent that from happening.
The main thing would be to just make sure when you buy the ticket they send it to you in the way the venue accepts tickets. I've seen good and bad experiences with them.
