You can remove the flower from the pet fountain, put it in a corner, maybe cheeto will get accustomed to it. And you don't have to put too much water. As long as the water is above the black pump in the container below. My cat loves it

on a serious note to anybody reading this, the best purchase from this haul is the water fountain! As a vet tech I can’t recommend them enough for your cat. If you have a male cat especially you should invest in a water fountain. Cats are notorious for not drinking enough water to begin with, and they often accumulate a bunch of crystals in their bladder. A pet fountain is a great way to entice your kitty to drink more water, and prevent a urinary blockage in male cats. If you live in a region with hard water, I recommend purified water and a fountain. I constantly have urinary blockage cases come through my ER doors and it’s very sad. Urinary blockages are life threatening, and may require surgery. Help prevent bladder crystals and stones by encouraging water consumption and purchasing foods that have a little “SO” on the front of the bag (most vet brand foods indicate their SO index clearly on the bag). Cats are also prone to kidney problems and UTIs, and increased water consumption can help prevent those issues, in addition to preventing bladder stones. Those plastic Cat it fountains are affordable and work well (my bunny has one), and the drinkwell stainless steel fountains are great too if you have a little more money to spend. 🐱 ❤️ It’s kinda cool to see that fancy litter box that tells you when your cat goes. It may seem stupid and superfluous, but if you have a cat that’s blocked in the past this could be a great tool! Ngl not just as a vet tech but as an animal lover, I’m so thrilled to see how popular pets have become and how people are willing to go the extra mile to give their pets the best life possible :’) I love it.
