I’ve ordered from them several times and they’re always been respectful and extremely professional. Some items take longer to arrive depending on what you order but they are a great place to find luxury items especially if you don’t want to pay full price.
Thanks for the review. I’ve ordered from them several times. I will say I have been ordering from them less and less. The last three times I ordered I have also had to call them. One time they ran out of the item. I suspect they were not shipping or preparing my order until I would contact them. Based on this if it’s a matter of only saving a couple dollars I would recommend find another seller.
The issue I have is when they take forever to ship something. They say they have it, it takes forever, I contact them, they say they have to send it to another warehouse to ship it, and then finally it’s shipped. Other than that, thinks have worked out well. You just can’t be in a rush.
I can’t front I bought 4 fragrances from them and got them in about 4-5 days. Everything was smooth and packaged perfectly. I ordered 5 today actually..
Some of these places are hit or miss . I had an experience where they didn’t have the item in the warehouse so I had to wait a few days for it to ship to them to then ship to me . Unfortunately it’s part of the game . Some other places I get the order number right away but the shipping doesn’t come until 2 or 3 days later . Most of the deals are out of the country so that’s part of the process I guess. I’m the same way though I’m on top of an order usually where I’m anxious on these same things . I try to take my mind off of it and try to be patient . Past a few days I’m calling or emailing .
I’ve ordered 4 times and always order the stuff says in stock. Some I want but it’s says 1-3 days to ship some say weeks. Have u ever ordered any 1-3 days items ? If so how long did it take to ship ?
I’ve never had a problem with them. However the shipping times are horrendous. I never get confirmation by email with them. It just shows up -12 days later. You’re going to wait.
When you order from Jonas shop make sure it says the item is in stock or when it says ready to ship . If you don’t see either of those there is a chance the product is not at their wear house and it can take several weeks or even months to receive it
Yeah! It said Aqua di Gio was in stock and I ordered it and it took a month to get! Went back to if it sold out and it did, so I was probably put on back order
What if it says "limited quantity" and "usually ships in 1-2 weeks"? I bought a fragrance on the 3rd and I'm a bit nervous because this is my first time shopping with them.

@a8ci744 I got upset when the status on the item changed from "ships in 1 to 2 weeks" to "ships within 2-3 days" but I still had no update... so I canceled my order because I found it somewhere else. They were very quick to do that and refund my money.
So i ordered today a fragrance from jomashop for the first time , which has no “in stock” label, later i saw your comment 😀now im a little bit confused 😕 will a get it within a month ?://
As far as their fragrances they're authentic but buying from them is a risk.They have hands down thee worst customer service. Any issues with a order even general questions, getting a hold of someone is like pulling teeth and when you finally do get a hold of someone via phone or email they make you wish you hadn't.
How closely do you check each bottle and box, along with the cellophane seals? I examine everything I buy from any discounter VERY closely, and watch that first spray. If it's perfect, there's a problem.
@@Detroit_Siggy. I've never received one from Macy's that had a perfect first spray. Even the two year old Azzaro Chrome Pure I bought from them for half price with a 2 year old batch date had to be primed once or twice. Which one did you order and was it in a gift box or a sealed single box? Those gift boxes they sell aren't sealed and I've told them that's a security risk. I've returned a D&G The One edp gift set to them because the performance was terrible, yet the one I bought from Fragrancenet was fantastic.
Will jomashop shipping affect how far they are for example theyre located in brooklyn new york and im from Queens new york will that make a difference on the shipping 😅
Well for starters you bought a fragrance that has been reformulated multiple times over the years and most ppl in the fragrance community know different batches of creed vary in scent.
Yes @som3839 is definitely right on that. I'm in several mixed (men and women) fragrance groups and the men in Fragrance Marketplace both complain and joke about all the batches Aventus has... and which batch they prefer. I've even heard people call off their 🐐 batch. Sorry you didn't get a batch you liked... hopefully it grew on you once it started to macerate. 😊
Yes I bought a bottle for my husband the bottle is slightly different too I'm confused. We have an old one from Bloomingdale's the creed is black as it's supposed to be the one from Joma is clear

Did you set up an account when you placed your order? The first time the email went to my junk mail because I didn't have an account set up but since then I have not had any issues with them and I have ordered a lot from them actually got an update a few hours ago saying my package is out for delivery. They are A1 in my book no if it doesn't say in stock I wouldn't order it because there is a good chance they will email you a week or 2 later and cancel that order, or it will take you about a month or longer to get it.
Hey Chris I just ordered jpg in the navy from them but they are saying it could take up to a month, it was at a good price but tbh im not going to wait that long, where else do you think I could buy it at?

That janky ass Apple pay is why you didn't get an order number!😂 I have been ordering from them for a couple of years and always got an order number! Now a con I do have is that they sometimes take a long time to get certain items! I think that is because either they just ran out, or it's coming from a different location! When Aqua di Gio Parfum 1st came out, I ordered it and it took almost a month to get!
My experience with Jomashop was very mixed. I ordered YSL M7 Oud Absolu. The picture on the site is a stock image of a black bottle that says M7 Oud Absolu on the box and the bottle. The item was on back order and when i finally received it neither the box or bottle aaid Oud Absolu. I contacted customer care and they took a few days to get back to me and i provided every picture that was requested. By the time they finally for back to me I'd already gone down a rabbit hole of forums about the fragrance that all said that the fragrance went through a package change and back to the M7 label but contained all of the accords as Oud Absolu. The rep that got back to me still couldn't tell me what was wrong and why the item in the picture wasn't the one i received and only offered for me to return the item for a full refund.
