Love this sort of video. A question I have: Do you replenish a listing before it goes completely out of stock (if viable)? If so, and you are using a different SKU for the replenishment, will you not be competing with your older SKU? We are trying to put a structure in place and this has us stumped!

Yes, we are using different SKUs for the new batch of replenishments. Depending on the repricer you use. But currently, our repricer will not compete with our own listing/SKU. In your case, you can set a higher minimum price for your new stocks and manually lower the min price for the older stocks so that you can clear down the older ones first.

I've been doing OA over for a few months and I don't get what is all this discussion about deciding how much to buy. I usually buy as much as I can which is usually a very low amount. If I try larger volumes my orders get cancelled. How do they manage to buy in bulk doing OA?

After some fair success through RA and OA in my first couple of weeks (cheers boots for the 2for1 offer), I'm having a couple difficulties so may well give your fast track service a go for a month after I've had a payout. I wanted to check a couple of things: is your service strictly subscription based or is it possible to buy a set amount of credits to purchase a set amount of deals? Secondly, I've had a couple problems already with an IP complaint for a product purchased from TKMAXX and Amazon didnt accept a receipt. Fortunately, I can get an invoice. But I've also been asked for declaration of conformities too - specifically one for a plushie purchased from Argos online and one for some crayola sets too. Where do you get these declarations, if you purchased from a retailer online? Say I choose a deal, the deal is something from Tesco for some toys, I send them in and get asked for the declaration. What do you do in these situations?
