One good thing in UK is if u want to keep trim do the walk ,I was very lazy when I got here but once I started walking it improved my health and weight loss I walk 45 mins to my gym exercise and walk 45 mins back
You're a credit to Naija and to your family, this is another reason why we continue to support you. We need more people like you to change the image of the country.
@@patootie No problem. It's the truth, as I've always said continue being you, it's just great seeing someone who truly cares about others doing great.
As a student in the UK, you need to be more careful about how you spend money especially when you're not working already except you have very good financial support from Nigeria. Most of the things you need to furnish your apartment you can actually get for free on the same gumtree if you look for "free stuff" or visit a charity shop where you can buy at very cheap price, except beddings, pillow etc that it is advisable for you to buy new. all the best.
Nice vlog, it's good you are getting a furniture. Trust is in UK. Lots of things to buy. I thought the bus station is close to houses. You are a true nigerian. Omo oko. You did slip the money through the door. God bless you for your honest. Loving your vlog ❤ 💕 💖 😍
Hey babe, I love your content, its like bringing to my Knowledge everything about the UK😍... I'm stocked with your channel girl🤗.... For your videos dear, how about getting a microphone? It'll really help with the volume.
Weldone babes. I love your positive determination. Beautiful room and very cosy. Love your videos and very soon you'll know your way around the area pretty quicly. Buse times are different on weekends so take note. Eat well, sleep well and take things easy. Try and eat lots of vegetables and take your multivitamins. We are in a country that is not as sunny as Naija so you need your Vit D topped up. Keep smiling and stay blessed.
I’m watching this video and realizing how expensive Toronto is. Nawa o. Anyway congrats girl! Your place looks good. I didn’t have nearly this much when I was a student
First time seeing your videos. Happy for your progress. 20hrs a week issue with employers wanting full time, im going through exactly that as well. I hope you get a part time job in the role youre passionate about.
What an amazing video!!!! You have a very bubbly personality and it will take you very far. I am very glad that you have been able to find a very suitable accommodation in the end. I have followed your videos from when you left Nigeria and it has been an amazing journey. Watching your video reminds me of when I left Nigeria for the UK in the 1990s. I wish u tube was around back then because it would have greatly helped first timers in the UK like me back then. I have learnt from your video that there is life in other bigger towns in the UK, apart from London where I have been living for several years. I wish you all the best in your studies and finding a part job that you will like. 👍
You can get a foldable electric scooter to meet up with your buses, that's what I do too when the distance from my house to the bus station is long. In order not to miss my appointment.
Can you please share the websites where you got the beddings and other items in the bio. It makes it easier to check and compare. I'm also new in the UK and trying to settle down. Good luck
I just came across your channel, and I’ve watched 6 videos about your relocation. I’m so proud of you, so proud of how you’re settling in and I’m rooting for you. It’s only going to get better from here ❤️ If this was me, I’ll probably have cried myself to bed everyday.
I know what you mean Anastasia, as a boarder in secondary, I cried everyday to bed for a week. I won't be surprised if it happens also moving to a new country and missing my family.
@@patootie Hey thanks for the video I just got admission to UWE Bristol, and I'm confused about accomodation outside or inside school... please how did you go about yours BTW I'm from Nigeria.
@@patootie yeah it's about 7000 pounds, that's the one for the school's international college which I'm doing for a year. Please I'd like to know how you went about yours.🙏🙏
You should have asked the key shoe repair man for the post code of the other branch. Stick it into the google map and voila. Or simply enquire directy from google. You are doing great though.
It's really lovely seeing how you are settling in. Please see if you can 8nvest in a heated mattress cover it's about 19 pounds at Argos . They are very good and help you keep your energy bills low especially with winter coming and increase energy cost. Also try and get a heated blanket as well. They are a very good investment, you will feel warm and toasty , with low energy bills 🤗
The orignality of your videos got me glued. Quite impressive you are settling in. How is it so quick that you are getting offers, where did you upload your CV to?
I'm really having mixed feelings right now, looking forward to a day like this in my life and also crying as if I am the one in England already leaving my family and everyone behind
Hey, P Sparkles! I see your lovely abode is taking shape nicely. I like your penny-pincher attitude, gal. You have to be a tightwad in this part of the world sometimes. Otherwise, you will be skint before you know it. But jeez haven't seen a 50 quid note in years. Next time, please slide a couple through me letterbox. And hey, don't forget about the housewarming party😁
Good content..keep it up sis , was thinking that duplicating keys is only done in Africa, now I know it can also be done in the UK. Am education for me today again.
Weldone girl you are really doing well ..... I think the cost of cutting the key is too much o jare, ask for advice from your followers in the U.K. next time. All in all we are really proud of you.
Omggg thank you for this I really need a new wardrobe. I have never seen any wordrobe for this price. Please how could I get a delivery van because I want to order right away
