I really enjoyed my time there hanging out with my daughter. She’s not into gaming as much as her pops is, so to see her having such a great time was awesome. Wes, I have to completely agree with you regarding your comment about a gaming convention, being 90% games. Living in Arizona, I’ve gone to the Game on Expo in Phoenix a lot over the years. I really enjoy the con, but over the years it’s been less and less game vendors and more into Funko Pops, Anime, artwork, shirts, etc. don’t get me wrong, I like a lot of that stuff, but I’m there for mainly games and it’s just been less and less there as the years go by. I might have to make the 8 hour drive and check out SoCal next year. Cheers!

SOLID pick ups for Sega CD, Robo Aleste and Android Assault are two of my favorites for this console. Fun recap, it looked like a fantastic time.

Curt Hennig (and Bret Hart) are my two favourite wrestlers of all time. Bret said when he wrestled Curt, it felt like he had the night off, that’s how talented that guy was. Monday Night Raw is coming to my area July 7th! 💪😛

I'm a bit jealous of you guys for this, something like So Cal Gaming Expo is def on a bucket list, or at least a major want to do list thing for me. Just for the experience and all, then the chance to meet awesome guys like you two, Mort, JRPG Life, PIxel Game Squad, amongst many more - how could you want anything more from one event. Sounds like you guys had a great time. Might want to think about a Suitcase add on either to get there or on the way back lol, increase those pickups. Borderlands is a great game series. The Handsome Collection was so much fun - I also had that problem with the Xbox One version where I couldn't get it to install to play - even though the game was mint for the disc. So bravo Rob on getting another copy, glad to hear your enjoying it. To go back to the suitcase part of this comment though - I think how you do it is much better though, since then your limited on how much you can actually pick up, and then save your wallet a bit of pain lol. I know nothing about the Sega CD (aside from wanting one lol) but those games look awesome and like they will be a blast to play. 50 Cent Blood on the Sand is actually a pretty fun game, I've 100% it on 360, had fun with it. I think you guys will enjoy it. Looking forward to the stream of this whenever it happens. Love the demo discs, but never knew of a singular game disc ones. Seems like a super cool addition to the collection. I know you guys have gotten so many cool and pricey games over time, curious now - is there any place to see an entire list of your collection? This video was nothing short of phenomenal, thank you for all that you do and the content you provide. Never a dull moment, and never anything short of top notch content. So you are embracing the PlayStation 5 at last? I thought you didn’t intend to update to the current generation any time soon so I am curious to hear your thoughts. I am torn between the miserable collecting side of things of PS4 onwards but of course would love to play Doom Dark Ages for example. Tough decision.

I actually like Ground Zero Texas. It definitely isn't perfect but still have fun with the game. It is a shame it isn't compatible with the Menacer or Justifier. Also, keep an eye out for the Keio Flying Squadron demo. I do not know if it is the same in America, but in PAL regions the Mega-CD demo has the full game on the disc if you input the level select cheat code. But as it is known in the UK and Europe, the Ebay prices are also going up but still not bad value compared to complete in box.

Nice pickups, especially the Sega CD haul! Wet is an excellent experience. Sphinx is worth picking up the full game, nothing groundbreaking but a fun time. Also depending on which version of the demo you have, it might be rare.

I stopped collecting video games 2 years ago since I already have everything I wanted. Modern gaming for me personally is dead specially PS5. I was surprised to hear that one of the brothers bought a PS5 but oh well they are young 😅. Nevertheless nice to see a video game convention that is actually selling video games.
