Love your haul! Also, you can put that light strip under your cabinets too. Gives good lighting at night or when cooking. New subscriber here! You seem like such a sweet genuine girl and your house is decorated beautifully. I suffer from severe anxiety girl. Feels like you're dying and its SOOOOO hard to get out of it. Yes I suffer from anxiety also. I lost 2 nephews this year, within 5 mths a part. One was murdered & the other was so sad from his big brother death, he overdosed. That's when mines started. I thought I couldn't breathe.I thought I was having a heart attack. I was so so scared. I kept going to the ER over & over, and they would always say nothing is wrong. Til one doctor told me it was anxiety. My anxiety has gotten so bad now that I have rashes on my elbows, knees & thighs smh. dermatologist & doctors says its all from anxiety & stress. No cure but I have to stop stressing & worrying. But easier said then done 😔.

Junita Marie Same here and I just admitted to myself. I just cleared out my brother's things in my home who was also murdered walking to the store. I just started getting rid of things even old clothes that I said oh I will lose the 30lbs to get back into. Turning 37 yesterday have me on a new life journey. My brother was my twin and I greatly miss him.. All to say let's not worry or stress over the things we can't handle, we must give it to God and do what's not discomforting to ourselves.. I will see my brother again because Jesus said so-he is the resurrection... Agape to you my dear neighbor...

Junita Marie I pray that God gives you the peace that passes all understanding. All that means is while everything around you is in chaos you are calm because you know without a doubt that God has you!!! I know exactly how you feel. When I lost my dad and then my mom 5 years later I kept telling my husband that I felt like the pain was choking me. I felt like a scream was bubbling up on the inside of me trying to come out but it was so strong it was choking me. I asked God to help me. He gave me peace and pray that peace for you. Take care and be strong my sister. Give God a try.

Junita Marie I suffer from anxiety n it used to b so bad my hands would get really stiff n my heart was always racing. I could only go places I was really used too. My doc prescribed me Lexapro. I tell u it might not work for some people but for me it was a life savor. I have normal anxiety but as far as the panic attacks, no sleeping, butterflies in my stomach 24hrs a day, my hands all of that is gone. I take it at night. One month I was working so much n my script was gone. I had a new one but didn’t have a chance to get if filled yet. I started to feel all of that stuff again. The first day was ok, the next day was a lil more then usual. But by the 3rd day I had to go get it filled. I couldn’t go back to feeling that way. Lexapro was a life savor for me

To everyone suffering from anxiety try CALM the supplement. Pure magnesium. When your stress level is high your magnesium depletes. One of the side effects is anxiety/racing heart. I've been there with the multiple trips to the ER and being told nothing is wrong. I didn't want any medication so I opted to look for something natural. This supplement work WONDERS. At the first sign of feeling the onset of anxiety, mix 1/2 teaspoon in about 4oz of water. In about 10 mins the feeling will subside, blood pressure and heart rate will drop back to normal. Yes I would love a video on how you deal with anxiety. I feel like I've came a long way, and it has definitely held me back from certain opportunities. Sometimes it was hard to push through, But I just did it, reminding myself it was only anxious thoughts. and sometimes I let it defeat me. My anxiety at times even can lead to stress for me and a little bit depression when certain situations happen to me.

Wow I appreciate you sharing the story about your anxiety.. It is definitely hard to relate if you've never actually experienced it . I had to go through it and it wasn't easy especially because I was pregnant at the time. Love the Decor by the way it looks amazing.. but i would like to see a video on how you dealt with it.

Thanks for sharing your items that strip of lights you have if you put it behind the TV it would look really nice. Someone else on utube has that put it behind tv all around and that light looks so nice hers changes colors if I'm not mistaken or it's blue. Anyway I have Anxiety as well it started on Easter Sunday when our oldest son passed away while playing basketball with a rare heart defect we had no idea of he was only 22 non smoker or drinker college student headed for graduation I know how to handle my anxiety through faith and meditation its been hard on us and the Anxiety is a mfk but I stay in counseling it has truly worked for me I refused any type of meds because we know that God has a purpose for everything and our son Belonged to God and he returned back to God and I will always respect and pray to God for hes gifts that was hes in the first place we to shall one day return back unto him who made us which was God Anxiety and all But We fly often and my medical Dr.prescribes me Xanax for flights only it truly helps.
