2 things: First, I think Phon is becoming more attractive and 2. Thai gold not really internationally tradeable due to Carat - so its important to point out to anyone wanting to buy when there not to expect to be in the same gold market if taking it back home

I started buying gold In January this year in the U.K, bought some Britannia coins and they have increased by 20% so far, Jewellery is not such a good investment because you are paying for the production. With coins or bars you can check the value every day, obviously the sell back price will be lower than the buying price.

jeez man if you're ignorant of a topic, maybe its best to not talk about said topic. Baht Gold is a unit of measurement in weight of gold. so 1 baht gold is around 15.244 grams also it is 23 Karat (23K) which is around 96.5% purity.

Gold spot price in USA - $2378.40 give or take. Good price to sell. Gold is on the rise. Thais are in good position.

@@jecrpalier many regular Thais have goldbars because its better than have it a bank or "in a safe"..im not thai but own 10 beautiful 2 baht and 5 baht bars that has doubled it worth in 6 years..my money in the bank..well with inflation its worth less and less

(0.490 troy ounce) Standard purity of Thai gold is 96.5%. aka 23 carat but u pay so little in fee and work fee and is so easy to buy and sell that its clearly worth to buy as investment gold with NO tax -its cash on the counter.=) I did buy a 24 carat 99.9 % small bar in Sweden 2007 or 2008 and i remember that they took a hefty fee and pretty bad goldprice on it + tax
