I'm just down the road from you. I'm renting a house near to a small boatslip. One day I took some roadkill and did a Steve Irwin at the boatslip and nearly crapped myself as a 2 meter croc surfaced and grabbed that iguana.

Don't believe everything you hear, the crime stats are based on the population of 400k people living here. Look at it like this if The population of Florida is 22.9 million compared to Belizes 400k so 1 murder happened in Belize you woluld have to have 50 murders happen in Florida on that same day to get to the same crime number stats. IMO Belize is very safe, infact the safest place I have ever lived compared to growing up in Florida and living in several different states across the US. So just remember that the crime stats are based on a 400k population. Hope this helped. Thanks for watching.

@@WhereToNexxt Thank you for taking the time to answer, Michael. That's $40K per acre. You say now it's double, so that would put it at $80K per acre. Beautiful place, but pretty expensive.

@@carmenmariacortesmarin2664 you can get 1 acre lots for about 25k us depending on where they are but 1 acre lots are hard to find because the money for people is breaking it up into lots. Near the bigger cities though yes acres range from 40k up to 150k depending on location. The price of land is going up fast. Thanks for watching.

Hi, I'm not really sure about the employment in Belize but I have met many who work remotely for US and other countries and have said that when they looked that Belize companies don't pay anything really. In my opnion Belize doesn't pay well for anything. Thankyou for watching and commenting. 😁

@@NoLimitEstates Hi, we are inland so I unfortunately can't point you in a good direction for that out in that area. My best advice is to find the locals with machetes..... that's how we cleared our land in Cayo. It's way cheaper and we made good connections through the guys who cleared our land. I literally just pulled up to two guys walking down the road and a couple days later our property was cleared. Hope this was helpful and thanks for watching. 😁

It depends on the agreement in the contract. In most situations if you sign a contract here for lets say 20k us and with interest over 10 years it comes out to about 27kUS, if you choose to pay it off early you are still going to be paying the 27k total payment you signed up for in the contract but again not every contract is the same but IN MY EXPERIENCE HERE most are. In my opnion I would ask about water runoff, it's swamp land and it has to be filled to build on but where is the water drainage? In Sourh Florida where I grew up it was all swamp land that was being built on and the reason for all the ditches, ponds running through neighborhoods so when it rains it doesn't flood. Search for property in that area during the middle of rainy season and you will get an idea of how water stands in that area. Lots of places look beautiful on the water during dry season but flooded for days during rainy season, It happens in Placencia every year due to all the building. Hope this helps.😁
