The land in Sebu is for Ghanaians or Black Americans. Some chief gave 5,000 acres but what does that contract actually mean. Last question? If one comes to Ghana and opens up a business account, apply for residency yellow card and get a dual citizenship and international drivers lic will this allow me to have say full ownership as a future citizen rather then just 50 years or 75 years or 99 years ?
You talked about if there is a near by hospital but in Ghana how much is the monthly or yearly cost of medical insurance????? I heard you must have cash if you get sick!!!!!!
Great video and excellent contend. Question, would you consider buying personally land at Sebu village near cape coast? I saw in the video at sebu some water in the grass and dirt? I am concern that the water and or ocean near by might produce water to salty? What do you think.
It’s free land 5000 acres given to Black Americans by a local chief near cape coast. So far 380 people have decided to build there. It’s also for folks from Ghana. The cost to register your land per acres is $750 only . Then once you pick out your plot or area then you can start building . I wrote a long text which is my bad habit but got back no respond from the brother called the Traveling Israelite. I wanted to know how much was the cost of the walls around the property if his sons house because it was so beautiful. I have a bad habit of writing very long text. He never respond back . So I have decided to stop writing and making comments on different You tubers videos. I guess many feel like I am all talk but no action. And that is fair. But honestly I can not come to Ghana without the right amount of money. Hell it’s $24,000 just for 2 years up front for renting a big house and to ship all of my furniture. I am not rich. So to budget everything is coming up so costly. A safe neighborhood with all of my things, with different layers of security is in a up scale area and that is not cheap. Ok am I wrong? I am thinking $2,000 a month . Tell me am I off or wrong about having such a budget and that does not include driving around and eating out or buying food to cook and eat in along with water, gas, lights, SIM card , Netflix, and laundry.

How much do you charge for advise. And why are you personally not giving tours in Ghana working with local Ghana hotels , bus, and drivers to and from the air port. Each tour guild guy charged at lease $4700 to $5000 everything included but hotel and air fare I think? So if 12 people came with you on tour you would make $60,000. Now , I do not know how much if that is property? But it’s sure us worth a try! That is damn good money. You could travel to the USA and set up a office here. And advertising your business and market to folks who want to go on vacation. Going back and forth from Ghana. Then you could drop your job and be in business full time and buy property here in the states as well in Ghana. Then after, you make a profit slowly over time. You can travel and invest in other parts of Africa. I am disabled but have really great ideas. But ideas stuck in a dream is useless. Oh, how I wish I was younger and in good health. Think about it you have nothing to lose!😅
