Pale Oak is my favorite paint color for a home interiors. Looks almost white until you hold up a true white next to it. The perfect light greige.

What type of hinges did you use for removing the gaps between the old door cabinets? I have similar cabinets doors but they have huge gaps between them

Great video we are doing the exact same thing. Most companies wanted anywhere from 12k to 18k to install a kitchen keeping the same design. The only thing we're adding is an island just like l yours Great job

Yes it would have cost us a fortune to rip out the cabinets and get new ones, since we didn’t change the layout this worked amazing! I wish you lots of luck with your kitchen!

Did you remove the gap or just hide it? My cabinets are the same as yours and I’d like to remove that gap completely. Thanks and this looks amazing!!

That was one of the reasons we wanted new doors, so we ordered them as complete overlay which eliminated the gap! Many of them meet together now!

Thank you for the detailed information. I'm debating whether or not to build my own cabinet doors or go with the cabinet doors company. Could you tell me what type of thing you used for the full overlay. Could you give me a model number or link for the hinge style. Thank you

Many of the companies just tell you how to measure for the full overlay and yes that will also include full overlay hardware

We bought the same drawer fronts but when they aren’t functional you just install them from the inside of the cabinet we had a few

Thanks for sharing! Do you mind sharing what type of wood you choose for you fronts? I am not sure if the cabinet door front wood needs to match the wood of the cabinet box/frame.

I surprisingly can’t remember what we choose but they have options for any type of wood so you could choose to match what you have or if you’re going to paint they can tell you which are the best options for that

Yes there is an option to buy end panels for the edge of cabinets or island as well

The new doors were about $2300 and we had a lot more doors then an average kitchen!
