Just a quick comment to say that I work in a solicitors firm and quite closely with our Property Department - the most annoying scenarios are when people chase for updates 😅 things do take time and as much as you can be excited and impatient, you just have to remember that certain companies / people can take longer to respond as, as everyone can appreciate, there are many cases that are being worked on, not just yours and your house sale :) so do be patient and don’t chase every day for updates because it doesn’t make any difference really; plus don’t forget solicitors charge for every call / letter / email they send :)
