Buying "Over The Garage" To Start First Flip ~ House Flipper 2 

The ladder heaters are pretty common in Europe. I have one in my bathroom. Usually, I use them for towels (that way, they're always nice and warm), but since I don't have a dryer (they're not very common over here), I also use it for drying smaller pieces of laundry like socks 😄

yay house flipper! i noticed at 35:49 that they do actually specify a color palette for you unlike in the last game. at least in this project

Another good tip with lights is place them and then use the flipper tool to “edit” it and change the brightness and light color. Helps make things not look so overblown and fake.

If you think your having trouble with the painting tool, just remember when applying the paint, just use the keys W, S, A, D and it moves the roller SUPER fast and you can paint better that way instead of painting around in circles or trying to aim it manually. Works great small or large areas.

I absolutely love this game already. Being able to copy and paste the designs is so freaking useful. And that house you bought looks so cool now that it’s clean. I really enjoy seeing the different jobs, too. I do hope they bring back the before and after shots, though. That was always great to see. 😊

I'm loving your playthrough so far! Please keep the series going! Just a side note: You can NOT sell your parents home (starting house), so be mindful when spending lots of money there. I figured this out only after buying a 300k house that needed MASSIVE reno, deciding to reno the starter home (spending another 200k) to get some extra cash from the flip, only to NOT be able to sell it.

You can fix the old stuff. What you need to change is the material from distressed to regular. Then you can change the base. I did exactly what you did at first. Was fiddling with material and that is how I found it.

Got the game yesterday and already have 14 hours in it. I didn’t think I would like it as much as the original but so far it is so fun.

Sorry if I'm wrong but i think that when you are placing exteriior doors they have to be placed from outside to place easier and vice versa...i play the sims and sometimes the game can be that sensitive lol...great game thank you for sharing❤

I THINK that you also can change what’s displaying on the monitors/tvs that you put up. In the same place where you change/style and color.

When you buy surface finish, don't sell it to the end, in case you think of something to use it for.. Also, always sell before you trash.

Is it just me or did he miss cleaning one of the window panes on the house above the garage.

It seems like they streamlined some things, and made others a bit less so. But, all in all, the game seems to be really good. I can't wait for Thursday, so I can get it for myself. Glad you are enjoying this one as much as the first game.

It looked like you could buy the tile from the above the garage home using the duplicate function. When you went to go tile it, the it allowed you to do the brick beside the tile, so I think you have to buy that and put that down first.

I don't like the assembly stuff. The camera SERIOUSLY hinders your speed. Also, no matter how many stars you earn, it's the same discount. The tools are bound to different number keys than the original. That is my kryptonite. I always go to clean and pull out the sell tool and vice versa. I finished all the jobs this morning. I recommend if you're using trims to still 'tape off' the paint area instead of using the freestyle. Unless you like going back to repaint the trim in.

I find that it's easier to bring a trash can inside instead of having to go in and out all the time.

I like the new painting system but miss some of the features from the first game (before and after showcase, the buyer's commenting on your renovations.)

I think this is what someone was talking about when in a previous video they mentioned you trying to speed run the game (I think that was on your channel lol you are like the 3rd house flipper 2 channel I have watched so far) but you didn't actually read the email fully it basically says she wants you to properly renovate the house since her daughter is into diy and she did the bathroom we see from the footprints her daughter is a little child hence the stencils and painted tiles in the bathroom I personally don't mind that you didn't read through it bc I am a big believer in playing your games how you want to bc you don't have to record them for us but you do and I appreciate you for that but some people may not like that approach to how you play the game but I say there are other youtubers out there so people can find one that lines up with how they think another should play the game I only wanted to mention this for those that were confused about the decoration debacle that was that bathroom lol you keep doing what you enjoy and keep up the good work also I just found your channel today and I am binging these videos so this comment may not even be read by you

Don’t finish the main quests and daily jobs. There is a glitch being reported by tons of people in the discord where your starter house/parents house will turn into all brick and empty one you finish the main storyline. And there’s no way to fix it or revert it back. So don’t finish the daily missions and main storyline until they fix the issue.

I'd say do the jobs until you get the missing tools and then work on the flipper house.

i may not have great skills for interior design, but you can not tell me... that people have plaid wallpaper. you burn that in the yard you burn it and bury it like it never happened. no one will know if the evidence is gone.
