We had been looking at farm land for a month now around Siaton and Zamboanguita area, This is the best lot for sale around Negros Oriental so far, the property is only 25 to 30 minutes drive from Dumaguete City and Valencia.

Love the video . Awesome property ! If I were you guys , I would see from the other land owner on the other side of the creek if you could build a little dam , and build yourselves an electric generator using a paddle wheel and an alternator from a car . You could pump freshwater to your home , and have no electric bill . Congratulations on your purchase !!!

Hi Lea, we live at the very end of your road just above the hot springs you showed in this video. If you go past the dirt basketball court on the flat land at the end of the road you have arrived just keep going towards the river and you will see the house. Come by sometime and we can chat about building a house in this area.

Can you measure the temperature of the water stream. I am thinking of finding a similar place, where I can greenly heat exchange instead of expensive electricity, or having lots of solar, as aircon uses a lot of energy.

Is the buyer responsible for paying the land survey if the land is not surveyed recently?

Hi, No, you can request it to the seller they need to get it surveyed or deduct it off the selling price. Also with all the taxes you need to pay like capital gain tax,stamp tax or if the land is not clean title you will also need to pay state tax ( person in the title is dead ) you can negotiate everything but this will also be up to the seller's flexibility if they want or not.
