REAT JOB FOLKS!! If you rent a "power washer" and use lite detergent- it will take powdery dullness out of the old brick. Just make sure the pressure setting for the machine is not too high. you may want to have a structural engineer take a look at that carport, js lol I just want to say how I admire the work you are putting into that flip house. So many people buy properties to rent out and just go in there and put some lipstick on the property and rent it out. The care that you are putting into this project just shows what kind of people you are, you put the same energy into everything and that is so awesome and admirable. Great finds at the bins! That stool would be very easy to cover. Just a small piece of fabric and staple gun or upholstery tacks. In case it doesn't move fast enough, you may want to consider covering it yourself. i love overalls! i wear them in the garden and when i do projects. end of day it is like scavenger hunt, finding everything i stuck in all the pockets!!!

The flexible PVC pipe under the sink is going to collect hair/gunk and eventually start smelling and clog quicker than a straight pipe. I know it's more work to make straight pipe fit but it'll cause less of a problem down the road.

Put a wood frame around that mirror Josh hung in the main bathroom… it’ll make a world of difference IMHO ☺️💕💕

Josh the window sill goes in first then the inside top then the 2 sides then the facing sides top then the skirt. .start over it will be so much easier and a lot less cracks to caulk in.

Train stuff is in the scale "HO". A popular scale for average people to model. If the locomotives are in working/running condition, they can fetch $20+ depending on things like make & what train line it is. The rolling stock (box cars, etc) can get $5+ per car

If you get some disposable Nitrile gloves you avoid paint on your hands and they are pretty cheap, Harber Freight, Walmart and Sams Club have good gloves, Josh, I know you can get Hailey new pants hers have holes in the knees when I was a boy you could get iron on patches for jeans, not sure still available but gets you extra wear from a comfy pair!

The Haley light fixture for the flip house, if you look closely at the wire, one side should be smooth (hot / ‘black’) and the other should be ribbed (neutral / ‘white’). Its not the most critical thing in the world, but, as you know, it does add to the safety of the wiring / fixture.
