That big gutter must be covered by the government . This is what is done in advanced countries. There is nothing like open gutters anywhere

It is highly admirable to see what the young folks are doing to keep the environment clean. I wish them all the best in their endevours. What I am wondering is the local authority staff who are being paid doing to keep the environment clean.
