Ok girl ! You called me out ! I think I’m only try to grow out my buzz cut to make other people comfortable 😫 and now I want to shave my head again 🤣

I have buzzed my hair 7 times for like 5 years. Ive heard pretty much everything. " Are you a lesbo ? " ( No im not. But so what if i was. Whats wrong with it, and must all lesbians have a buzzcut? NO ). The second. Prolly WORST thing ive heard. Was a older woman in a store. Standing next to me in a line. I saw her in the corner of my eye looking at me. Her hubby comes to her. And she nudge him and says " Look...look....cancer ". THAT made me so sad ! And mad. I said nothing. I just feelt bad. Some people are SO rude. I could never understand rudeness.

Buzzed my head a few weeks ago. I feel beautiful and it really finishes my look. My bfs dad constantly connects short hair on women with infertility and mental illness. So my bf and me constantly joke about how, according to his logic, ladies should just grow out their hair, instead of having to go to a therapist.. :-))

I "accidentally" stumbled on this video in an attempt find courage to be myself again and your technique of handling mean comments is great and useful not just in the "no hair, don't care" department, but any other aspect where people lack confidence regarding their looks. I buzzed my hair off almost three years ago, I rocked it like that for couple of months and I felt great, but then I got a job and started college so I started growing it out and I was so unhappy. My confidence was crawling in the basement and I felt not me, there is no better way to say it, even though I was looking forward to doing stuff with my hair again. I always liked braiding it, curling it and having a different hairstyle every day but then I thought about the time it took me to do all of that and I just buzzed it off again after almost year and a half of growing it out. Now it's in that awkward mullet phase again and I need another push to just do it again. I love the freedom it comes with, more time to sleep, always having a good hair day. To be quite honest, I've always struggled with my self confidence, specifically the way I look and weirdly enough, not having hair helps me a lot and is the one of the only things making me feel beautiful and confident, hence my 11P.M. "female-buzzcut-youtube-marathon"

I have cancer and I've been trying to get the courage to buzz it off because it is coming out but watching your video you look so good I'm just taking your picture to the salon and getting the same cut and color

I shaved my head to a zero buzz! I have been doing this for 3 years now! I also dye it Hot Pink! I will Always keep my hair like this! 🙂

I know this video is from 3yrs ago, but I just wanted to say that you look absolutely stunning with a buzzcut. I think it really shows off your facial features and makes your eyes pop. I also think that your confidence within yourself enhances your beauty as well.

Confidence is attractive, no matter what your look or hair length. I complete agree if people judge or make snide comments because your hair is short, or really any other "outside" aspect, like your weight, or even clothes, style, etc - it is completely their problem. Girls having short, especially very short hair is against the norm, and therefore draws attention. Sometimes that's positive attention, sometimes it's negative. I really hate to read in these comments that some girls are growing their hair out because they don't want to deal with people's comments. I hate that. I hope that if you really love your hair short you can find a way to be at peace, despite other people's judgement.

Your buzz looks fantastic Tash. I've had a buzz since the first lockdown and am incredibly happy with it. It has been such a fun and positive experience. I've not been on the receiving end of any negativity to date from men but I do foresee a few words being said when I'm no longer WFH and back in the office. I don't think it will be viewed as being "professional" so am investing in a couple of headscarves. It amuses me how men can have hair whatever length they want and nothing gets said (i.e their sexuality or gender is not questionned) and women are expected to have minimal hair unless it's on their head. Great content and advice. Keep it coming x

I do consider my self to be an old man, but I think you look great and I honestly find you more attractive than a woman with long hair because they usually come across to attached to their hair (Pun not intended). I am attracted to women who are willing to be themselves and not just conforming to the "social norms".

I have a buzz cut, I get positive responses from most people, but my bf don't like my hair this short. I keep wanting to grow it out but it just gets annoying as it's so slow growing. I always feel good after a buzz, it's fun to put my fingers through and very relaxing. It should not matter the length of your hair. Get annoyed when ppl think it's because I'm ill, or had a break down or am gay. It's my hair no one else needs to have an opinion.

I'm new to head shaving so thank you for this video. I have to ask what length is yours? I want to bleach mine to but idk if I should go shorter. Right now mine is 19mm or 3/4 of an inch which is a Wahl clipper guard 6.

I think women can rock a buzzcut. It really depends how she works it. Corresponding style has a lot to do with it.
