Only during Champions-League-Games Dortmund has to mount seats on the "Südtribüne", because the Uefa does not allow standing-areas. But after the CL games Dortmund immediately dismantle the seats from the Südtribüne. You know, the Südtribüne is under monumental protection - no joke, true story! :)

Ich liebe mein Westfalenstadion, so wie es ist... aber es ist eben ein Flickenbau, das muss man so sagen. Es war in den 70er Jahren ein sehr britisches Stadion, eckig und ohne Laufbahn.. und nach 2000 wurden dann eben die Ecken rund ausgefüllt. Ein solches Stadion ist wohl nicht mehr modern und zeitgemäß... wobei sich ja mittlerweile auch in München (ggf in Konkurrenz zwischen den Fans zu dem BVB) sowas wie 'Fankultur' entwickelt... :)

Euer Stadion is schon geil, das geb ich auch als FCB-Fan gerne zu. Weiß echt nicht, wer in der Allianz Arena auf die Idee gekommen ist, 2 gegenüberliegende Stehtribünen zu machen, wo die Fans nichtmal einstimmig Lieder singen können. Kein Wunder, dass es da immer so leise is. Hätten die mal lieber sowas ähnliches gemacht wie in Dortmund.

I love the way the way this team is playing these days. I wish kagawa had stayed rather than rotting at United. Now Lewandowski seems to be leaving. I think this team is going on the same path Bayer did in 2003. Well the only difference would be Dortmund won Bundesliga in previous 2 seasons. But selling players like Barrios, Sahin, Kagawa and may be Lewandowski has hurt this team real bad this season.

Well it does look good but I think Dortmunds days as Germanys number 1 are limited. Quite often I go watch SC Paderborn and the Süd Tribune there is the best in Germany. Only Leeds United in Europe can top Paderborn. Still, the atmosphere at BVB looks ok from this video... Good work :-)

I assume you speak German ;) Ja, was Shinji teilweise an irren, kreativen wie genialen Pässen rausgehauen hat, war sensationell. Trotzdem ist Marco einer der besten Spieler der Welt, wenn er einen guten Tag erwischt.. Seinerzeit war Shinji wohl besser - aber heute kann er Götze nicht das Wasser reichen. Ich hoffe ehrlicherweise ja auf Son vom HSV. Jetzt schon eine Granate mit riesigem Potenzial... fürs Mittelfeld tun's Eriksen, de Bruyne oder Isco aber auch. :)

German politicians are debating about the safety of standing places but i doubt it will change anything. Standing places are still allowed in Germany. Only in the CL/EL and english leagues there are no standing places allowed.
