Great video Dane! We have camped on Jordan several times, the highlight was a stormy night with two wolfs pack howling back and forth when the storms paused. Hope your wife’s solo went well! So nice meeting you at Trails Ends Campground !
That's wild! Great meeting ya'll too. She survived and had a good time. I'll try to get that video done this weekend. These vids are a good way for me to keep my stored data down, and they're fun to reminisce on years later. Til' our paths cross again.

The site we stayed at was 1203 (on BWCA.com & Paddle Planner). Site 1201 looked very nice and secluded as well! Site 1202 was average. Be sure to locate the pictographs in the narrows towards Ima Lake while you're there. They're faint, but still cool. Have fun!
Compared to other areas you’ve been to, how would you rate this trip? Trying to plan for next year and I want to do something new. I’ve only been on granite river route.
I'd say this was middle of the road for us. We seek out places with good swimming, hammocking, and "froggin' & fishin'" aka clean shallows for the dog to stay busy but safe. The Jordan Lake site was pretty awesome. It is a bit of a turn off entering/exiting the park via a lake that motor boats are allowed, but such is life. How many days, how much effort, and what kind of trip (relaxing, fishing, site-seeing, etc) are you looking to have? We'd be happy to make some recommendations.
@@mandyaugustin took the wife on hey first trip and she gave some “requirements” for the next one. We are definitely hammock campers and she loves a good camp with a beach front. Short portages are preferred (less than 75 rod) and some cool things to explore.
