Great video Simon. I did this ride some time ago as part of the Dragon Ride sportive. It certainly is a tough challenge.

Welsh zoncolan :D. Amazing effort. How you can have a casual chat with the driver is baffling to me. I wouldn't be able to get a word out.

It’s a great climb. Really hard but very rewarding. I think it’s pronounced “Buulk uh Groyce”

Done it twice , failed first time had to toych down to get hr down , made it second time barely its a absolute brute. Out of intrest have you done hardknott and if so how does it compare?

It's definitely a tough one! I've done Hardknott (there's a video on the channel) and I'd say Hardknott is harder. It's shorter, but noticeably steeper...
