I recently picked up roses on ice. Do you have any recommendations of how to layer this fragrance. Or ozonic fragrances in general. I find this one a bit challenging to layer since it’s more of a cucumber ozonic experience. I’m also afraid of enhancing the marine aspects by layering wrong. I want to enhance thé sparkling/fizz, rose or even sweetness of the fragrance.

I bought both Angel's Share + Roses on Ice with Sephora 20% off. They sent me 2 Roses on Ice instead and I couldn't reorder Angel since they sold out, so they ended up refunded me one bottle and gave me the other for free. As for the fragrance, it smells like ToyBoy alot to me with a blast of cucumber, also smells like a Mojito. Love it

I’ve been waiting for your review of this! I love G&T’s! When I go to Scandinavian countries, cucumbers is used a lot, and they’re less juniper. Also, I have a rose geranium gin I got in Sweden. It’s cool how different gin can be. I’ll try to get a sample before I buy it. It sounds like a scent I’d like to wear in the spring. Fishy? Ewe! I wish the top were glass.

OMG Henrick's! Can I suggest that you try Sipsmith, Monkey 47 or my go-to, gin, Bombay Sapphire for you Gin and Tonic. Henrick's is not a good gin IMO. I'm loving my Angel's Share! Thanks for your review.

I really wanted to like Angels Share but the cinnamon was just to overwhelming, and the booziness wasn’t amped up enough for me.

I’ve sampled some Kilians but didn’t like them enough to buy a bottle. Much left to explore though. Angels Share is the only bottle I own and I enjoy this one. Also have a decant of Roses on Ice. It’s a nice warm Weather scent. I do pick up the cucumber 🥒. It kind of reminds me of Afternoon Swim with cucumber. Enjoyed the vid ✌🏻

I actually like layering this on top of other things. I wear a lot of Rose Jam and Ro’s Argan body care items from Lush Cosmetics and this honestly smells pretty nice on top of it. Other times I mix this one on top of MFK Oud Satin Mood and people tell me I smell like a freshly cut rose 🌹 😊

Interesting I wonder if they reformulated it. I just smelled it today at Saks and don’t get the aquatic overly cucumber smell at all.

Roses and Ice is bold and something new to the Market, unfortunately isn't mass appealing as everyone wants but in the other hand Angel's Share is another boozy sweet, its not new in my opinion, it follows a trend, I was expecting something else. it’s not unique; the boozy gourmand vibe is has been utilized lately, especially if you umped the Tonka note a lot. Angel’s Share is the one that it will sell, especially for these upcoming months. Both are unisex, but with Angel’s Share, go easy on the trigger. I still love Pearl Oud, STH Extreme, Single Malt, Apple Brandy, Sacred Wood, Vodka on The Rocks, and Musk Oud; I am still waiting for something like that route. Thanks for sharing, Sebastian

Omg, I love that mini bottle!! I appreciate the honest reviews. I've not tried either of these, but the gelatinous cucumber sounds very off-putting. I love the design of the bottles, but wish they would have gone with a glass top as well. Thanks for the video!

I love myself a good ginand tonic and I happen to love the cucumber note as well (long ago I bought the Marc Jacob's Cucumber eau de toilette and enjoyed it a lot) if has musk and sandalwood at the heart then it's one I must try...

Havent tried Roses on Ice yet but Angels share is quite nice, I like it! To be honest I expected more booze in here especially when the bottle looks like a liquor glass. Instead, I get a lot of xmas cinnamon cookie feeling with slight fruity cognac. I absolutely understand when people compare it to Oajan :D Sticking to my Black Phantom and Intoxicated bottles, way better options for me :)

I got the discovery set with roses on ice, angel share, l'heure Verte, apple brandy on the rocks, and vodka on the rocks. I don't know if it's just me, but it doesn't last on my skin. The scent is gone after 2 hours. Is this because it's through a decanter and not an atomizer? Anyone else experiencing this? Unfortunate because the scent is great

I've tried them both, and at first, I was just like you. Instantly loving Angels' Share and disappointed by too much cucumber in Roses on Ice. However, after giving it some time on my skin, I fell for roses as well. I don't get these marine notes, and the roses open just beautifully, at least on my skin. So they are both great creations to my nose.

Angel Share is in my opinion a realy nice scent composition and I like the fragrance but the bottle is crap compared to the old bottles, they have this classic chic... why change what is actually perfect...

By Kilian fragrances seem to smell so good ON PAPER, but once you smell them, they are just okay and they don't last at all. Such a shame. Way overrated and overpriced.

😃 Angels Share is one of the best boozy scents i ever smelled. Very well blended and not as challenging as other By Kilians for me. On my skin it does not project much enough to spend that money but really nice smell and awesome bottle design

Excuse me but you cant say this about this perfume because it is very subjective. Apparently in your skin it appears as you say cucumbery. But in my skin is sublime. It is light and aromatic and crispy. And yes it can be considered as a drink.

NYC (meatpacking district) has Angels' Share in stock as I visited the store yesterday. Michael helped me greatly! I actually left with ROI instead as I found the AS a little too sweet for me. It's beautiful but too sweet for my personal taste.

I read that some people find Roses on Ice fishy. 😂 I suppose that’s the cucumber. With that being said, I feel like gin is so easy to replicate with strong juniper notes. 🤔 Wonder why they went with the cucumber. Gotta say, not too keen to try it out for myself. I do have an Angels’ share sample on the way though. ☺️

Eeek, sounds like my absolute nightmare of a fragrance. I do not like cucumber and aquatic notes in fragrances at all. Angels share sounds lovely. For the price i think the cap is a little cheap feeling. I never bought a Kilian fragrance because the price is not justified imo. Here in Europe i can get a bottle of mus ravageur for 120€ and for 180€ a beautiful bottle of benjoin bohème. I would rather spent my money on that kind of parfums.

Love angels share! I have already used up at least 15 ml in 2 weeks Its not as strong and potent as kilians usually are tho ,quite poor longevity on my skin But I might get noseblind as well not sure yet 🤣

I got samples of both of these and I could not stand roses on ice. I’m not sure what I was expecting but it was NOT that lol. It smelled like super fresh cut grass and like rotten cucumber? I could nottttt wear it I had to scrub it off
