So what if I had immortality? What would I do with an infinite amount of time? Will I spend my eternal life traveling the world or try to become a cult leader and destroy humanity? Being immortal sounds cool until you realize it's a curse. Today Daniel, Stephen, and Hosuh will go explore the concept of immortality and discuss the possible outcomes.
If I was immortal and could live forever, I honestly think I wouldn't change anything...

I really love the way Stephen always acts like such a carefree guy but this video proved to me that he can be a wise kinda person and tbh I totally agree with what he said about heartbreaks and emotions ,that is the exact same reason why I think most of the people don't understand how agonizing immortality could be(neither do I I've never experienced it but still know that it's not entirely great)

Infinite time to find other universes. you have now become a spaceship that dies every few minutes due to a lack of oxygen. floating endlessly until you find another habitable planet. or the gravity of something such as the sun pulls you in and then you just sit there and burn over and over. You get sucked into a black hole and mentally solve one of the biggest questions. What is a black hole? But you have no one to share it with. This immortality which should give you all the freedom in the world has trapped you because despite not being able to die you are still bound by the laws of physics and nature. Its an infinits supply of money. If you could sell your own organs, you would be a millionaire after only selling your heart twice. With the ability to sell hearts forever, you could buy an island, or your own country. The research you could do with your own country would be amazing. You could be a mad scientist that brings forth lots of unwanted innovation. Now that you are an immortal dictator, you can clone your lover for eternity and never be without her. I’ve always seen immortality as more of a curse than a gift. The most important thing in my life is my family and I couldn’t take it if I had to live an eternity knowing that when they die I’ll never see them again, in this life or the next. My family has gotten me through some really hard times and I couldn’t do that without them.

When I was little I accidentally killed at least 10 fish per month when I was 5 because my mom was cruel enough to shelter me and told me whenever I saw the fish dead that he had to go to a fish doctor to get some air bubbles out of his tummy so he could swim again... With eternity at your disposal, you would end, but what monster would there then be? How many times until “enough”… that honestly led me to some deep thought there… I don’t think the one fella has had much true loss to understand.
