I have had a Tesla model 3 for last couple of years and buying a BYD atto 3 was a decision that didn’t come easy. But I have had such a great experience with it so far, with little bit of quirks here and there.
In this video I share my experience with the BYD atto 3.

If you have solar, how do you only charge with excess solar and not from grid? On ChargeHQ Atto is not compatible for such type of charging even if you use smart wall charger due to an issue with this vehicle’s capability to wake up from sleep mode when turned off.

Hey Parijat, I am charging it from tesla wall charger and there is no config in Atto3 to only charge from access or even limit the amount of charge it takes.

@@EVandTechInsights number one reason the software compared to a tesla is rubbish and it slow, secondly no autopilot or any level 2 autonomy at all, the byd can't even keep in the lane. 3rdly way too many buttons feels like a ICE car
