at 55 seconds, it didn't show the user comparing the quality of the solution with the quality in the picture. I had to just hope that the mix was right. I certainly appreciated being able to watch the demonstration on here, the written instructions were a bit daunting. Thank you for posting this video.

This old pen is being sent to me now. It sometimes does not work and the button u press down does not work but when I take the needle out and press the button all the medicine comes out. So sometimes I miss my dose which sucks. Sometimes it work sometimes it doesn’t.
