Custom - FlatCat Over The Top - Quick Attachment Slingshot
Just received this cool slingshot from the US. The water cut G10 frame holds a single looped flat elastic band that is ready to shoot out of the package. The frame is tough, can handle abuse (like a forkhit or similar cruelties). Feels natural and it's just so smooth to use it. My kit included the 3D printed belt clip, a superb bottle opener, lots of spare bands and a carry bag. Band change and fine tuning is easy and logical. It's unique attachment system makes it not just a useful but a worthy item as a collectible.

A few questions Mark. Why split bands? Smaller attachment at the pouch? Are there four bands or is it two bands with a split down the middle? I definitely enjoy and study your videos (and many others) keep up the good work.

Hello John! A few years back attachments and no tie methods were all the craze. Byudzai promoted the idea to have a long (double than usual) thin stripe that is looped at the pouch and both ends are fixed at the fork. It is fairly easy to use and just as accurate as anything else. So no need to tie at the pouch and at the fork either. The only drawback that it requires a special frame and long cut stripes, if someone wants unique tapers it needs some attention to cut those precisely because of the increased overall length. But Byudzai managed to pre-cut bands for his customers.
