This was the best Command and Conquer campaign ever! My favorite moment was when Doctor Mobius said "It's Mobin' Time", and Mob'd all over the Brotherhood. Truly the peak of gaming!

Yeah the purpose of the colored rings on the building placements is to show where you can build. If another building is inside or touching the ring it will allow construction of the new structure.
