C&C3: Kane's Wrath 1vs1 - zTipzee (BH) vs. Cyberstorm (ST) 

Their mbt's are more expensive, lack of advance infantry & lack of emp.

Lack of sonic emitters and having the only GDI harvesters incapable of defending themselves straight out of the war factory (unless you really want to waste your micromanagement garrisoning rocket squads into them) meaning their bases are rather vulnerable as well. Not to mention that Titans are statistically nearly identical to Predator tanks. Identical attack range, identical fire rate, identical damage output, but trading a decent amount of travel speed and a 200 extra price tag, slightly slower build time; all for... a tiny tiny tiny sliver of extra HP. Basically took a predator tank and a titan, sent them to opposite sides of the map and made them force attack each other until one of them died. Although that was... six years ago on the xbox version; whether they've changed at all since then I've no idea.

+Miss Dark titans can shoot over structures though, which gives st a defenders advantage and engagements with many structures but it really doesnt warrant the fact that their defense structures are lacking.

+Gumwars850 would explain why anyone drawing ST plays defensive until they amass forces. also Titans can crush, but it has to catch whatever it's crushing first aha

Titans are just too slow to make them offensive units unlike the predator so they can really get caught out of position and its almost impossible to for them to escape. Titans are best employed strictly for defense. Though their Wolverine maybe good, the trade-off is that they lack the GDI APC which is good against ground and air targets for mid and late game fights. Soo..there's a lot of niches that ST can't fore-fill and counter against unlike other factions, so their very ultra-specific when it comes to picking fights. So ST like to just play defense and build-up eco and then when it comes to late game phase hey can really freakin hit hard and steamroll other factions cause they have really good siege capability. Behemoth's are AMAZING! And on top of that they get the air-armament upgrades for Firehawks/Orcas which can carry extra bomb/missile loads. So great late game stuff but...most of the time they usually won't survive up to that point. Especially in 1v1s. Maybe team games.

He's a standup dude too, helped me out a lot with some bogus copyright claims I was fighting back in the day. He mopped the floor with the claimfarm that was hassling this channel and did it all just because he was a good dude. Couldn't support the music he makes enough, really.

Speed of light is THE song I associate with C&C3, from all the replays I've been watching. It somehow brings it home and makes it feel complete.

They can shoot over buildings so great for defence and small map so short attacking distance thus negating the speed disadvantage.

Well the Nod player was doing two pronged attacks, countering where needed, and constantly harassing with flame tanks and one clicks. The GDI player built almost exclusively hammerheads and titans all game with a few wolverines and a-moved them around the map. I would've been very annoyed if the Nod player had still somehow lost.
