This is one of my favourite vlogs for a while, it was so amazingly genuine and you guys really felt relaxed and just happy to vlog. Recently I feel like you’ve lost that feeling and it has just been either forced or just over enthusiastic which is why I think you’ve dropped in views. This felt like one of the older vlogs which was amazing keep this up you don’t have to do crazy stuff all the time just be yourself and genuine and people watching will love it!

100% with you on how your mood suddenly changes when your back injury flares up. I’ve been dealing with an annular tear and disc bulge at L5/S1 for several months and the only thing that helps is physio, walking and laying down. Sitting in the office becomes excruciating, and makes you absolutely miserable. Wishing you a speedy recovery!

Can Janni please make a cookbook or a Janni cooking show with all her vegan recipes? They look really good!!

RIP VLOGS 2016 - 2018

After 2.5 years of Vlogging and over 800 videos with a total of over 300 M views the time has finally come to make some changes in our (vlog) life! Have over the past few months realized that we more and more often pick up the camera and start a vlog because we set a vlog schedule and not because we are excited to capture what we are doing. I think that a Vlog needs to be something you really want to make in order to make it great, and undortunately thats not always the case anymore. We LOVE vlogging, we love filming, we love all our 24 different cameras, we love capturing all our crazy adventures in every way possible, we love the memories we can look back on, we love the creative aspect, we love the people we meet along the way, we truly love everything about Vlogging, but there are some exceptions to this... We have after 800 vlogs reached a point where the ”normal just working/chilling at home vlogs” are no longer fun and they are starting to create more and more anxciety and stress as we never want to fail on delivering something awesome. So we end up trying to find things to do just to have something to film and thats never a good plan if you want to make a great Vlog. The more of these days we have, the more we feel that they start to effect our stoke factor on all Vlogs and that is something we cant allow as the Vlog is our baby and we will never let anything bad happen to our baby! So this right here is the end of the current Vlog where we promise to deliver 3 vlogs a week no matter what. I have always said that the best advice I can give anyone is ”do what you like and you will get good at it and success will follow” So now its time to follow that advice! This is not the end of the Vlog, just the end of the Vlog with a set schedule thats the same week after week! I think its much better to not film when we dont have something we want to film and then film every single day for a week when life is on fire! Will take the next 7 days to work on exactly how we will plan things, what to film and what to skip and how to make sure that every single Vlog is created for the right reasons! So see you guys on Thursday next week! ❤️ I fully understand your path Jon and Team overkill u have given us many hours of fun things to watch

I for one, like to hear about adverse times as just as much as I do great times. It makes you relatable Jon. If everything is always unicorns and butterflies it gets pretty boring.

I think most people are bothered by vegans because many try to make you feel bad about not being vegan. All the power to vegans if you want to eliminate animal products from your lifestyle, but if other people don't, don't develop some strange superiority complex. (This is not to Jon, Benni, and Janni. Just a general argument)

Jon i had a artificial disk replacement in Barcelona spine clinic because i thought i was superhuman to! Please take it easy and protect what you have, you can´t go back!! We don´t love your vlogs for the overkill stuff we love it caue you are all great and succesful people so you will do fine don´t worry.

That's actually so awesome that you guys are doing this whole vegan thing. Literally only 4 days ago i decided to try a entirely plant based diet and it's going super great so far. My girlfriend thinks it's really stupid and I said nearly the same thing Janni said about "who cares what I put in my mouth?". You guys are amazing. Jon, for your back, you might want to install a horizontal bar in your home and then hook in with special leg braces to be able to hang upside down for a while, to relax your maybe compressed spine. it uncompresses your vertebra.... might help.

a good friend of mine was vegan for about 4 years but on a cloudy afternoon we went a doctor because she wasn't feeling strong.... the problem was that the vegan food couldn't provide her with enough b12 and protein... till today she says it was a big mistake.... i think the best nutrition is a mixture

I want to share a technique with you Jon The image of your back that shows the bottom area inflamed and out of alignment stop looking at that image Get an image of an aligned back spine and view that image day and night constantly, when you do that you imprint your subconscious mind with the reality that you seek, the mind is the most powerful tool that we have and it gets activated by the images we see/visualize and the words that we use Try this technique and see what a difference it makes
