A very nice vintage C.H. Meylan Watch Co. Top Hat watch retailed by Tiffany and Co., in 14k rose and yellow gold, produced during the 1940s. This fantastic accessory needs to be seen in person to appreciate its true beauty that cannot be conveyed through photographs. The polished yellow gold case is accentuated with the faceted brushed rose gold top hat detail and exquisitely complemented by a Tiffany signed peach salmon dial with black Arabic hours, sword-shaped hands and outer minute track. This lovely watch is for those wishing to adorn an uncommon piece and charmed by its soft rosy pink hue. We have seen only a handful of this model over the years.
