The Lord removes people and things from us to draw us to Him. This enables us to grow in our relationship with Him. He cares for us so much...what a wonderful God we have.....thank you Lord !

My best friend of all time died Dec 13 2022. I'm 65 and have no family. What few friends I have are but strangers next to my friend who died. I'm utterly alone. I have only Jesus.

I’m sorry for your loss! I lost my husband in November of 2020, and my two millennial children are busy with their lives and families. This loneliness has just been so exhausting, hard, almost debilitating and so wearisome and worrisome, it just exhausting having to carry the weight of it all!!! Just have never understood it!! I've had to sit back and watch others get what I so desired!!!! I stand on the sidelines looking in!!!smh,

In the garden of Gethsemane, Jesus was abandoned by everyone. His disciples were asleep. His mother was not there. Saint Joseph was dead. God allowed Jesus to suffer for all of our sins. I believe it wasn’t until the third hour that God sent comfort. Circumstances have allowed me to be isolated for four years. I am my husband‘s caretaker. He does not drive nor can he do any of the upkeep that’s necessary for a house. I do not drive however I am able to get to mass once a week The last two months have been extremely difficult… depression, anger, loneliness. Praying was difficult but I believe that’s why we are having these struggles. God wants more prayer and he’s isolating us to help him save souls. I will pray for you all🙏

A bit of an answer to your desire of a lonely sojourners answer to prayer. Though not exactly the prayer of being in need due to loneliness. Now I am pushing 72 and look back at being a loner and antagonistic towards God til about age 65. My reading of the Bible and listening to many of C.H. Spurgeon's teaching got me to pray admitting that I never did want God in my life and had a wicked and deceitful heart and this condition is actually very common to most if not all but few will admit to it. It may be that for most people their immediate family and a few close friends is about the extent of who they feel is 'worthy' of God's blessings and beyond that the sentiment towards others is of envy and or covetousness. This statement may in part be from a teaching of Jonathan Edwards. God put a few people in my life, via workers at a local restaurant, who I now try to help establish themselves with more stability and it gives me a new perspective on my 'dismal' spiritual condition. One local preacher told me I was being excessively helpful and another preacher was noncommittal while his wife, also a preacher said I was being an angel, which I don't accept the designation as Biblical, particularly since I have experienced assistance from angels only at the time I had no understanding of what had occurred.
Looking back, I cannot say whether it was solely my 'intent' or Gods' 'guidance' by which my isolation began around 2017 and continued till 2023. Then in February of 2023 I started to attend a congregation and participated in some attempts to evangelize individually and with others. Now I have opened my home to help two individuals who fell on hard times due to the covid19 pandemic. This is Spiritually enlightening. 'Particularly' so since I was agnostic at best until 2022 when I decided to start praying.
The messed up part is tired of trying , all that is left is failure and all the mistakes and regrets of bad choices in life. None to blame but myself. And i dont even want to seek help anymore. But i do need help. But i dnt want to. Its confusing and tormenting alone..!
Matthew 11:28-30 "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
Just chill, move on from the past. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Make a plan of where you want to be in 5-10 years and start taking the steps to achieve your goals. Give it all to God and he will make your paths straight.
Be wary dear-heart because the enemy will try to emphasize those things you regret to try & attack you with them You are here because the Lord wanted you here & loves you, regardless of any miss-steps you may have taken along the way. He knew all about those things before He died on the cross for us. You are God's child & He knows how weary you are. Curl up with Him & take His rest, because the enemy will use this weariness to attack you, hoping to convince you to take your own life. Lean on Jesus & ask for His protection against the "fiery darts of the evil one", all the lies the devil will try to plant when you are worn down. God bless you.
Currently I am passing through this phase of loneliness. God's Word has given me courage to be with Him more and more and allow Him to fill this void. Praise the Lord. 🙏
I have family but not a church family so I feel alone. I can't find a church which makes feel happy. I was pushed out of my last one because I'm not amillennial and I said something which angered the pastor. My end times views are different but I'm still Christian. It's hard settling when the sermons are misinterpreted. I feel disconnected and confused. I follow Andy woods who I feel is spot on but sometimes I wish I didn't study so much because the more you know the more it's hard to listen to mistruths. So I'm alone. I'm not looking for a perfect church, but somewhere where my ears don't hurt

Oh I'm different alright.....61 years old and my whole life has been spent on the "outside of the circle". I get it as far as 'the world' is concerned, we're not supposed to fit in with the 'world'.....but even in the church. I was whining to the Lord about that once...being very sad and pouring out a pathetic load of "whoa is me" as I was out walking in early morning. I was asking Him..."Lord, why do I always have to be such a square trying to fit into a round world?"....... Out of the blue, totally unexpected....the words came into my mind....I didn't hear them audibly, no way to explain it but the words were very quick and very strong and clear in my mind......"My Kingdom is square" !! Stopped me right in my tracks....I knew/know my Bible....and in that moment I had a picture of the "City of God" coming down out of heaven to earth....it's described in revelation 21....and it's a HUGE CUBE ! Glory to God ! I don't mind so much anymore. I do the best I can not to be so annoying, but I am who I am and that's just how it is. I have "whoa is me" moments every now and then....but they don't last long. I give myself a whack and get back up and press on....by His Grace alone ! Oh Lord...you have been so very very good to me my whole life ! ❤ \o/
I loved this. I backpack by myself for one or two weeks at a time in the mountains on National Scenic Trails. I do intense Bible study & prayer time. It's absolutely incredible to walk in such intimacy with Him. I laugh, cry, suffer and bow down...
This is me now! I love C.S Lewis and I’m a devout Catholic. I’m alone but I don’t feel depressed about it. God is the one helping me thru this season. And it’s so true. God during time of alone wants you to focus on him to get to know him and trust in him better. He is doing this to build me up spiritually and emotionally and to develop new gifts. Thank you!

I have been isolated for a long time but I don't think it's God's will. I think it's a result of childhood trauma. I find it very difficult maintain lifelong friendships. It seems that people find me unapproachable. I feel very lonely.
@@Sarah-dq1fm This is my struggle, as well... I think my body language repels people. Or, maybe I'm very introverted and easily drained by conversation. I find it difficult to even maintain a relationship with God and have been struggling for years. I worry about my salvation because of this.
I feel like I could’ve written your comment word for word. My communication with God has been really strained lately and I’m starting to think my loneliness isn’t his will but I can’t seem to figure out what the exact issue is..if there’s any piece of advice I could offer is do what you can and don’t beat yourself up about it. God will always meets us where we are.
Thank you for all your videos; they have encouraged me in my sometimes excruciating pain. I am able to get to work, but nothing else, I am not able to walk due to pain in my legs; doctors have no real answer. But I do not believe God put me there; He has allowed this in my life for a purpose, though I don’t understand all the reasons. But He is in this trial; we have to remember we are in a fallen world, filled with sin, but Jesus carries us through; I pray all people here are healed by God’s mighty hand. He will never leave us nor forsake us.

When a person becomes Born Again, they’re Sanctified and then Justified. The Holy Spirit then takes up residence in the Temple of the Believer. But we’re not sinlessly perfect. So then a period of Sanctification begins, carried out by the Holy Spirit-the 3rd Person of the Godhead. While the Believer continues to believe, Sanctification continues until death, or the Rapture of the Church.
CHANGE is the Reason for your isolation. There's a new path.... And you are Free now. Look way outside your old life. Look as far as you can and for the biggest exciting change possible. THERE IS a path to happiness and fulfillment. Nobody is forcing you to remain isolated. It's a huge wonderful world and a golden opportunity to do the opposite of your old actions. I know. I had my life destroyed at 50. I was lost with no direction but despair. Pray for a new direction. I gave away all my stuff and moved half way around the world. Found unbelievable happiness and direction. At 63 I married a wonderful 22 year old teacher. Now 8 years of growth and achievement. New friends and new family. A second chance awaits. I'm so grateful now for the despair I experienced. Best wishes to all who are lost and isolated..... Pray and look for a new path. 😁🙏
It's difficult to look at the contradiction that verse gives us. Painful to be wanting human companionship that isn't there. I don't know what the Lord has in mind for you, but I do know that He has been faithfully present in my life even when there has been a shortage of human company. I am limited in my people interactions currently due to various circumstances: health issues, financial limitations & others. But He is in this time with me, and will carry me through it. He will for you too. Just be honest with Him about your hurting & let Him help you in it. He loves you. God bless.
So many people feel alone today. Not because he likes it or because he planned it. This happens because in our world love dries up everywhere with great speed, disappears, dies out... People are left alone with their pains, burdens, questions, and fears. Sometimes even God hides from us and this is the most painful part of this process. At such times we cry out on the cross: "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?"

My friend sent me this video tonight due to hearing my sadness yesterday. Ironically one of my complaints was that I experimented with something new...translating with Google what my spirit spoke in "tongues," and the company I was in wasn't much impressed. This video surrounds the word "FILL" and that was the word I got just after she sent it, before I listened. In Portuguese it's written as "Enche." I do not know that language, but the Holy Spirit does. Praise God!

I am CURRENTLY through the WORSE period of my life and I had asked God if he was proud of me because of the positive changes that I made in my life to be closer to him. Well yesterday, He told me that he was not not only proud of me but that he loves me. I know that God can use other people to convey his messages and in this instance , he used my cousin who sent me a text message saying the exact things that I spoke with God about) . It was a total game changer. This season that I am in still sucks BUT I know that God is with me and that I will not only go through it but I will GROW through it as well. I spent a long time thinking that God was either displeased with me or that he treated me like a stepchild. Yesterday was the first time in a long time that I actually felt like smiling. I just wanted to share this profound experience.
For me it's wonderful to be alone with the Lord and spend time with Him and His Word and fellowship with Him. Much better than being in the company of family members. People will forsake you, But God will never leave us, nor forsake us. Hebrews 13:5. Thank you 😊😊 Jesus!!!

A few weeks ago I found myself lonely and sad because two years ago my husband and me were moved out from our state New Jersey and we left two sons and a granddaughter, plus that we have a daughter living in Chicago with 6 grandkids. And I pray and cry and I read the Bible and then I feel that Lord told me that it was Him who moved me far away from the family because I was so occupied with them and I my relationship with Him starting getting weak. I have time here to pray more , to study the Bible and to preach more about the gospel of Christ and this video is a confirmation from God . Thanks for this blessing, God is good all the time and He knows what do I need to do.

There is so much truth in this. I feel this has been the walk of my life. Each time when I draw near to Him, He takes me to a higher level and a greater understanding of who He is and His ways. Recently my husband and I have faced false accusations and some of our family have stopped speaking to us and refused contact with our grandchildren. It has been very difficult, but through this, I have once again drawn near to God. He alone fills the void and knows best how to handle the situation. I must trust Him for the outcome and the answer. ISOLATION IS MANDATORY FOR SOME MINISTRIES AND CALLS OF GOD. FOR EXAMPLE, ISOLATION IS THE HOME OF PROPHETS. No prophet of the Word of God was a public person. God requires that prophets spend much time with Him and the Word. Prophets only manifest in public when God calls them to deliver a specific message to a specific place and group of people.
There are may things I don’t understand. I feel that God hasn’t seen or heard any of my prayers or issues. I hope God is there for others but I can’t say that I have done well. I feel like through the metaphysical and strange phenomena I’ve experienced that felt dark, demonic, dread and fear.. I tried during it, I prayed, I still wasn’t a sinless person. I’m an addict.. but my heart was good, true.. but that didn’t matter at all it seemed. I have been a troubled person, double minded in faith due to knowing that there’s so much deception and corruption in organized religion. The idea of developing a relationship with God seemed to make the most sense however when a force of darkness pulls at you, encapsulates you even..there seems to be no help. No answers. Just some dark things. I fear for my future, my family and loved ones.. that something nefarious has set it sights on me, us.. I only wish there actually was a force of good, justice, righteous action by humans who are sworn to good, what’s right and honest.. not deceptive and malicious, greedy or cruel.. to be a part of such a team or organization would be an honor.. but one must do that themselves and navigate through a world we’re organized corruption and such negative things run rampant.. I’ve only truly asked God for an answer to one question, no answer. It hurts to be the subject of such an experience. Such subjugation makes life feel so stressful, confusing and depressing. The mind becomes overwhelmed by fear and strife.. not knowing what’s true and real.. knowing that god doesn’t actually intercede on behalf of humans to protect them or keep those with evil or manipulative agendas away..or even more..punish those for taking such actions and taking part whether directly or indirectly in causing harm to one’s well being in any capacity.. to cause financial ruin, familial stress and angst, physical and mental atrophy in which one would otherwise be without such stresses… I fear God but I’m very much depressed and disappointed in putting so much prayer and cries and hope into a faith that just can’t help you.. the fact that people with an agenda to inflict suffering and cross intentions aren’t punished and those who hoped and trusted are hurt by people who knew what they were doing.. having no soul or true empathy.. life shouldn’t be so difficult.. I rather trust in god but god doesn’t show us nor answer questions.. I don’t understand this horror. This loss and struggle.. while others enjoy your downfall, your left broken….
